I don't know what they're doing but they do, and it's working!! So delicious! First time having Peruvian cuisine, it was my birthday, and I was over the moon for the Lomo Saltado and purple drink. Worth the visit!
Prices are a bit up there but worth every penny. The atmosphere was nice, Would be great for a date or a family outing / celebration. The beef heart appetizer Antichuchos was the best I have ever eaten which was cooked perfectly and soft and tender. The sauces were the best I have ever had - spice was like a gradient differences of heat in one deliciousness. I ordered the beef tripe Cau Cau and that was delicious and even the seafood looked good but had an order mishap at first...
This place is amazing! First thing, the food is out of this world. Some of the must try things to drink are Chicha and Inca Cola (the greatest soda on earth). The best appetizer has to be either ceviche or papa de huancaina. And the most slept on dishes is aji de gallina and tacu tacu. To finish it off you need to get Lucuma. If you like thai tea, this is it. It is nearly identical but it is honestly better. Overall this is hands down the top Peruvian spot in AZ
