Paid $15 for a huarache con chorizo y papas. Received this. There's literally no chorizo. It's mainly smashed potatoes with a hint of red dye from the chorizo. Total rip off. Tastes good, but not worth the price at all.

I ordered a Torta, It was ok, torta bread kind of too dry or old, since it came apart I ate it in pieces, and another thing is as soon as I finished the waitress picked up the dishes what is kind of cool, 3 seconds later she was back when I still was sitting and relaxing after eating, she took her card reader out of her pocket and says cash or card, I hadn’t even dug in my purse to get the card and I said card ok 17 something, and I had to tell her to please wait … and she said ok I’ll be back when your ready. Well I am still sitting here writing the review, I think this was my first and last time here, I do not recommend it. Music too loud. You can’t even have a conversation, people talking loud because of the music. No good.

Got some breakfast burritos for Da Bears game! They were quite tasty. Went with the ham, bean, egg and cheese. The salsa they give is good and has a little kick. I do like when I have a green and red to choose from though, and this was just red. These would definitely be ordered again.

We have been to this restaurant for years and the food and service is always excellent. More recently, we took a group of about 30 friends for dinner and everyone loved it! Thank you to the the Manager Gloria for being so organized, responsive, and excellent to deal with! Outstanding food, fresh, authentic, and extremely flavorful, and an extensive menu for both meat eaters and vegans. You cannot go wrong with a torta, but other excellent choices include quesadillas de maiz (corn tortilla quesadillas, make sure to get it Estilo Del Rey style (green salsa, queso fresco, onions, cilantro, and sour cream)) and huaraches (like a Mexican pizza with beans, green salsa, onions, and queso fresco). Wash it down with fresh and excellent different styles of specialty drinks, agua frescas (natural juice, cremosas with sweetened condensed milk, or liquados (milkshakes)), or a horchata (rice milk plus cinnamon drink). And absolutely make sure to leave room for a healthy dessert like coctel de fruta with miel (fresh fruit cocktail with honey). We will be back, and often!!
