Absolutely garbage customer service. 0/5 if I could. They messed up my order two different times and refused to even tell me why. Just it will take 5 more minutes 4 different times. At least let someone know what the hell is going on. Terrible service from the girl at front and the manager. Disgusting pizza on top of that.

Great Chicago style pizza, a slice of home here in the desert! Having lived in Streeterville, we used to grab a pie from Lou’s every few weeks. Nice to have it available in Phoenix!

Delicious sauce, generous toppings, easy take-out option. My wife also loves the Malnati Salad for a healthier option.

Strictly takeout here so if you’re looking for a night out with family and friends, or to enjoy a beverage bellied up at a bar top or table, then best to look elsewhere.

Answer the phone! Absolutely ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through to order a pizza and bread sticks. Lost my business forever.

The flavor of the crust was fine, but overall not an appetizing meal. Never buying a pizza from here again. I’ve been to Lou’s in Chicago and it wasn’t bad (I’m more of a Giordano fan tbh) but this place, I am disappointed and sad I spent my money here.

Lou Malnati's is hands down the best pizza spot in Phoenix! Both the thin crust and deep-dish pizza is out of this world—perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, and that signature buttery flavor that keeps you coming back for more. Every bite is a true taste of Chicago right here in the desert.

Beyond the amazing food, the customer service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure you have a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

I’m a native New Yorker & never had a Chicago deep dish pizza before. The pizza was hands down one of the BEST pizzas ever had in my life. The cashier was the friendliest but I didn’t let her ignorance deter me enjoying this delicacy. Thank

Riley the MGR from this store is amazing! I had a less than stellar pizza a couple weeks back. He reached out to me to make things right and they definitely did. This is the kind of customer service that is missing in 2024.

This was our first time ordering from here and we got the deep dish Lou. Though the staff were friendly, myself and others felt it could’ve used flavor/seasoning. I also would have ordered another type of pizza if I knew The Lou already had whole tomatoes included in the tomato sauce underneath with sliced tomatoes as the main topping as well. It was a tomato overload. So just keep that in mind if you order the Lou.

This location is Take out only! The quality of the food here is poor. I'm from Chicago and been at locations all over the valley and I've always had a back home experience with the quality of the pizza. Here tho, terrible. Extremely disappointed I spent $40 on one large sausage pizza.

I was absolutely disgusted after ordering the crustless pizza. There was no way to know it is made from PORK sausage! It is positively one of the most disgusting things I have ever eaten. The business should clearly state the crustless pizza has a base of pork sausage. There was no way to know in the app. Very disappointed! It was a bunch of slimy cheese and sauce on top of gray white sausage.
