Great Pizza. Friendly service. Excellent Greek Salad. There's a $15 discount for online orders (no delivery). Check it out. 3-9p hours. Would give a 3 for their outside sign being out... with all the competition, every little bit of marketing would help.

Detroit Pizza had great flavor, as well as the baked ziti. Good happy hour and Monday and Thursday football specials. Loved their original menu with the mussels. Good, intimate place to go for pizza date night.

Great Spot. I am definitely looking forward to the front patio on cooler nights. I am not in this part of town often, but it will definitely be my go-to for Pizza and drinks in North Phoenix. I went last night, it was a little late, and I was not sure if they were still seating people Jonathan and AJ provided excellent customer service. This place is clean and uncluttered. Johnathan was very friendly, told me a little about the restaurant and gave some helpful recommendations. Garlic Knots and a tasty beverage hit the spot and gave me the fuel I needed to ride back to Tempe on my bicycle.

We dropped in to try their Detroit style deep pan pizza, and weren't disappointed. It's a simple small place with a handful of tables and a bar. Not super charming, but pleasant enough. The have a simple pizzeria menu with NY, Detroit, and Tavern style pizzas. Which is rare. We HAD to try their chicken wings, and they were very good. Cooked to crispy. We also tried the Detroit Meat Pizza, which was done in true Detroit deep dish style and served on a wood block. It was great, very robust in flavor and would easily feed 4 people at 2 slices each. Their was friendly guy running the place who made our visit a good one. We will absolutely return to give their NY style pie a try.

Great pizza and great service! They have many delicious items on the menu, specializing in a variety of styles of homemade pizza. Our server, Jonathan, was friendly and attentive. He got the order correct and served it in a very timely manner. We’ll be going back for more!

I'm not sure why this place isn't packed when I go. The pizza here is outstanding! The pasta wasn't that great- it was severely lacking sauce- but the pizza made up for it tenfold. The pepperoni was so flavorful, the crust was thin and bubbly- I can't wait to go back and try different toppings!!

Buyer beware: 6slices of dough, sauce and toppings will start out at about $25. I understand they are going for gourmet Detroit style pizza now, though some would call it Sicilian squares (I digress), but the cost is outright outlandish. As someone who grew up making 'Zza and fully understands the cost associated, the price doesn't come close to justifying the rationalization that the use of 'quality ingredients' drives the cost that far up. I would think that if you lowered the cost for the 6slices from the $25 to a more reasonable price point, volume would pick up and offset the net revenue lost off a single transaction. Now, the pizza is decent though the dough is rather heavy yet would still recommend trying. But if going with anyone but solo prepare for a whopping surprise when you get the bill. If really looking for a quality slice you should try DeFalcos. It's $3.50 a slice and at least double the size offered here. Plus, they actually let the dough settle overnight and can taste the difference

My husband and I are pizza fanatics and make it a point to try almost every pizza place in the valley at least once! We walked past pizza lucci a few months ago and we're surprised we hadn't heard of it! We went last night, it was a little late but the restaurant was empty, one person for pickup but otherwise we dined completely by ourselves! This place is clean and has a simple, nice aesthetic. Our server was Johnathan and he was very friendly, told us a little about the restaurant and gave some helpful recommendations! We started off with lucci bread which was 100% the star of the show. The cheese burn is immaculate. It's Detroit deep dish style cheese bread. They have 4 styles of pizza: NY, tavern cut, Chicago deep dish, and Detroit. It was getting late and the deep dish ones take a while to cook so we got the NY Style. It was really really greasy. I don't really like it when cheese gets those little holes that ooze grease. Also could've used more sauce and the crust was slightly too powdery from all the flour. But the lucci bread and great service made up For it! We will be back to try other pizza styles!

Ordered a pizza for pickup and was told it would be ready in 25min. I arrived there 25min after I ordered. At first server couldn't locate my order but, after coming back out from kitchen he said that the pizza that was sitting on the bar was mine. Got home in 10 min opened the pizza box and could tell right that pizza had been sitting for awhile. Took a bite and it was stone cold. 2 questions. How hard is it to give an accurate pick up time. Second why not keep pies on top of oven to stay warm instead of sitting it on the bar?

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place should be renamed to "Pizza Don't Waste Your Time". We had a group of 12 people and were the only people in the whole restaurant for a majority of the time. While we were there a couple came in and we're in and out well before us. It took us over 2 hours to be served. The waiter kept mentioning that there was only one cook but honestly I don't know if I've ever had a worse experience eating out. The food did not make up for the amount of time it took. The calzone was not cooked and the chicken was raw.

Pizza is great. We eat here often as it provides pizza for all likes ( Chicago, Detroit, New York, and tavern). The only downside- the staffing has not been great- slow service. They could also imrove the bar menu. The other item is the door. It is small place and the door makes an irritating noise everytime someone enters and leaves. Sounds petty until you sit inside.
