I purchased a surprise bag from to go to good. The pickup time was between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. . I got there at 5:10 p.m. in the business had closed. Pick up time was incorrect. I brought my receipt with the evidence of the screw up and they did not help me at all. I will not be going back there

Very unimpressed by the customer service at this place. The “owner” was very unwilling to help me. I placed an order on an app. Tried to get help and they were totally unwilling. I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment.

This place is hands down my favorite donut shop. It always smells delicious when you walk in. The food is just as great as it smells too! You're not gonna find a donut as decadent and fluffy at any Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts. It's worth the money and time to take a trip over here to experience the amazing flavors they have. The iced coffee is also some of my favorite coffee I've gotten! It's just the right balance of sweetness to the bitterness of the coffee. I cannot recommend this place enough!

this place is the best !! their donuts are sooo good and they have a very wide selection from your basic donuts to unique and fancy donuts. Their prices are also unbeatable, very affordable coffees and combos. Where else are you gonna get a meduim coffee and 2 donuts for 5 dollars or a large coffee for $3 !! Best part is that they have a drive through, boba, and lunch! i cant wait to try all of the smoothies on the menue 😋 The lady working is also super kind and patient and she speaks Spanish and English!
Edit: I absolutely adore this place they always have the best donuts and crossonts. The strawberry cream cheese pockets are the best ! I tried the coffee today and genuinely best coffee ive had in awhile. Ladys working are always the sweetest i love comming here 💕

This is our first donuts while in Phoenix and they were delicious. We used the too good to go to buy the donuts. That app searches for restaurants, bakeries, and donut shops for the food that was prepared during the day but the owners know it won't sale at the end of the day and you can get the food at a huge discount. The normal price for the dozen was $21 we paid $6 for the dozen at the donut shop picks. Almost like a surprise bag which in the restaurants is the same they assemble the plate but you don't get a choice on the food items getting the food for very cheap. Overall a great place to get donuts, they were delicious and fresh the lady at the front counter super nice and a great vibe inside. I highly recommend the bakery and the app for cheap items and huge servings.

This place needs to be talked about more. They have amazing donuts. It's a small business but man they have so many different donuts and they are all good. I've been going here about once a week now and getting a big box of them. The staff are always very nice and pleasant. Highly recommend! Oh and for those who want to reallthereat themselves they have a drive up window! I haven't used it yet but one day I just might want to run up there in my Pj's and not get out of the car. 😆

This spot is the reason why supporting local businesses is important, the owner is simply amazing and friendly, she’s always happy to service her clients, she’s kind and always always has a smile. Her employees are efficient and fast, always helping and always welcoming as well. Small shops like this fly under the radar sometimes but big chains sometimes make it feel like they are in a hurry to get you out, these ladies are simply nice and make you feel welcome! Their bagels are amazing, their donuts delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming!
