2025.03.13 Luke's is on my way home from some errands and it was getting late. My usual order. Maxwell Street hot dog with fries, which don't get home without some of them being eaten when they're still hot. I also picked up the traditional beef sandwich with everything, sweet peppers and giardiniera. Always a couple of good meals

This is definitely not a chicago Italian beef! The bread is stale and i asked for my beef to be dipped! The meat has no flavor! Please stop advertising Chicago food because this isn’t it!

I have wanted to try the polish dog here & finally did. It has been near my neighborhood I have grown up in for 20+ years. Shame on me for not trying them sooner!! I had the polish dog, which came with crispy fresh crinkle cut fries. So yummy! I'll be back to try more soon, TY Luke's of Chicago!

Been here a number of times and it always hits! My husband gets the Italian beef with hot peppers and fries. I get the Chicago hot dog with cheese fries. Cheese is delicious and food is always hot. Only gripe would be the price but we always leave satisfied!

Fantastic Chicago dog. The bun was hot and most. The toppings were fresh. The hot dog itself was a quality dog cooked perfectly. The crinkle fries were top tier as well. Served hot, crispy on the outside and mash potato like in the middle, with just the right amount of salt. The hot dog with fries was about $9.00. The atmosphere had its problems. The sun was blaring through the windows so it was about 84 degrees inside. There were only a couple tables that were out of the sun. One of those tables had not been cleaned since the last customer. The ginger ale needed to be changed and tasted like spoiled tonic water. The mug root beer was a quality substitute. The food is awesome and I would go back for it, but the attention to customer service and the customer experience should be improved.
