They need more people to start off. Ordered 7 Carne Asada tacos and to be honest. Horrible. To big hard tortillas and no taste. Had to order Jacks because no one liked them. I ate 2,but forcefully. Will not go back...

I'm walking out of this place right now and I would not recommend this place to anyone! THE STRAWBERRIES WERE ROTTEN AND TASTED SOUR!! Then I went into the store and politely asked to be reimbursed for my money or simply switch it out with something else on their menu that was the same price and she called her and manager and then refused to do either or!!!! I've never seen a restaurant do such bad business and customer service EVER! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND I AM NOT OVER EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY THE STRAWBERRIES WE'RE ROTTEN EITHER CUZ I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE DO OVER-EXAGGERATE BECAUSE THEY'RE MAD..... The lady even tried them and told me that they were a little bit sour but they were supposed to taste like that LOL it was the most disgusting fresas con crema I've ever tasted

5 star carne asada burrito. I subtracted 1 star only because they seemed extremely short staffed, like it was lupita herself doing everything herself. Get this woman some help! The dining room is simple and seat a good amount of people for being small. The red salsa was great. Spicy. The green salsa was pretty good. The burrito was large for the amount of money I would have spent a couple more bucks and felt good about it. They have a TV and a speaker, which is good because it could be a while for your food. I would return for the food but it's in a poor area so probably won't.

Kid-friendliness: It would be ok but I didn't see anything kid specific like a high chair but they might have one

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, no curb

I thought it was a Mexican restaurant but find out it’s actually a hot dog place. I couldn’t under Spanish and had to order by pointing to pictures on the wall. The owner was very helpful, but I just wasn’t sure what to order. The three of use each ordered something different and all were satisfied with our food. It was a learning experience and I’d eat there again.

Found this place when we looked up Sonoran hot dogs near us. Once we ate in the restaurant and another time we ate in the outdoor tent just down the street. Had excellent Sonoran hot dogs both times. Yum!

Foodies, add this to your culinary experience! This is not your regular hot dog and you probably won’t be able to easily find Sonora dogs outside southern Arizona so definitely give it a try if you are in the area. Lupita’s, like many other vendors that serve Sonora dogs opens only in the evening. Sonora hot dogs here are prepared with a layer of beacon wrapped around the sausage and grilled to perfection and the served in a tasty semi crusted bun and topped with pinto beans, onions and tomatoes and melted cheese. It’s better tasted than described. This is also not your regular hot dog stand but it’s a food tent in a parking lot with a few tables. May not look like much initially but it gets crowded as Lupita’s has gained quite a following. I was fortunate to get there early just after they opened at about 6 pm and a few minutes after I arrived the tent began to fill up with customers and many appear to be regulars. Here’s the way I got there: go East on Bell Road (from I17) and then turn right in 32 Street. Slow down (important slow down) and stay on the right most lane and look right for the red and yellow tent within a quarter mile. I missed it the first time but glad I found it the 2nd try. The parking lot is not big and has limited parking but definitely worth the hassle.
