⭐️⭐️ Great drinks, bad service

The drinks and vibe at the swim club were great, but the service from our server Karina was really disappointing. She never greeted us, didn’t remember our orders, and had a consistently rude attitude despite us being patient and respectful the entire time.

The final straw was when she threw away my friend’s drink while we had just stepped away to the bathroom. When we asked about it, she remade it but still acted cold and unwelcoming.

Unfortunately, her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome — enough to reconsider coming back despite everything else being great.

I had a very disappointing experience here. Our server, Karina, was not welcoming at all—no hello, just a rushed “what are you having?” It took over 30 minutes to get drinks, and even after asking for ice, it didn’t come for over an hour. While I stepped away, my drink was taken with no apology.

The drinks themselves were fine, but the service made the visit uncomfortable. I spent my hard-earned money only to be treated with an attitude, and I left feeling extremely uneasy. I was with others who can back this up. Sadly, I don’t feel comfortable coming back.

The Pool was beyond disgusting! It was cloudy, had plastic, leaves, and cloudy!! I guess dogs are allowed in now!! No one could tell me when the pool was cleaned!! There lounger needs to been cleaned.....I could go on and on....This place has went down hill but the standard that I'm use to when I come here!!THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!! THE MANAGEMENT no one could tell me anything!!

Louis the bartender is top notch! He gave me great advice on which cocktail to order that had the perfect balance of sweetness and liquor. Also, the vibes here are purely “desert oasis.” Hop in the pool with your drink and enjoy summer 24/7 here in the Valley!

A little disappointed I loved this place was going to come back and bring friends but seems like the management can’t seem to give a refund when I was charged an extra 65$ 2 hours after I paid 112$. My card was charged several different times 6 in fact. I’ve just asked for the one for 2 hours later I’ve talk to mangers they’ve said they’ll give a refund back, asked for my number I was going to get receipt of the charges, never received it. It’s the principle

This used to be the place to go. Today we visited and had terrible service and the pool was really dirty.

I could understand if the team was short staffed but that all seemed to congregate behind the bar when they weren’t focused on large groups ordering shots.

Don’t know why the pool water now looks so gross.

Reservations were made for pool side loungers for 4 people, 2 weeks in advance only to be *upgraded* without knowing to a day bed where it’s fully shaded.
Manager and staff were unable to accommodate us on the loungers because they were all reserved even though the confirmation email clearly said we paid for loungers.
Very unfortunate, especially for the price, when you don’t get what you pay for and trying to enjoy the sun.
