I've been wanting to eat here for so long! It was worth the wait. The Steph and guava! Great flavors of coconut and guava, I didn't find that the pineapple flavor stood out.
Good shave ice and Hawaiian style, but only 5 flavors being offered (1 is rotating). Any shop in Hawaii is going to have over 20 so felt underwhelming.

This place had been on my radar for months, ever since I saw a post about it on social media. However, it's quite a drive from the areas I usually frequent so until recently, I didn't have a chance to try them out. Located in an unassuming shopping area, Mahalo Made is a cute little shop adorned with inviting neutral and cool tones. Their menu is a bit on the smaller side, but their options are mighty in flavor.We decided to order one mango and one guava shaved ice, both without ice cream. After trying one bite, we were instantly in love with the guava! It had the perfect amount of sweetness, but wasn't too sweet, and the condensed milk was a nice touch. The mango was okay, it wasn't as mango-ey as I was hoping for, but still satisfying, nonetheless. Even though their menu is small, their items cover all the bases for varying taste buds since their flavors range from being not too sweet to very sweet. Customer service was friendly and fast since we came at a non-busy time. We will definitely stop by again when we're in the area. Can't wait to try out some of their changing featured flavors!

I absolutely love the quality of mahalo made. All fresh fruit and no food coloring. I have tried all. My only complaint of this place is 3 out of 5x I came (it's 32 miles from where I live, and no phone number on Yelp), this place is closed. I know they close on Monday and Tuesday, but it seems I don't have a good luck with other open times .... Like today, it is closed due to family emergency. I know things happened, but 3 out of 5x, it closed due to family emergency/short staff/updating/maintenance service instagram isn't updated, no phone number to call .... Sigh ..... I wish there was a way to confirm before driving 32 miles ...)

I wish this was closer to me! The flavors are so bold and the whole thing is perfect if you're looking for a refreshing treat! We tried strawberry, guava, and the Orange Julius (special flavor at the time). My favorite was strawberry and guava. Hope to be back to try more flavors in the future!

I had no clue this place existed! We were out on a bike ride and honestly trying to find coffee, and we saw a coffee shop inside a cute little mall area with baby clothing and boutiques, so we stopped in. The coffee place ended up being closed for the day, but then behold... a shave ice joint, perfect for a bike ride around Phoenix. Mahalo Made's shave ice was just as good as the shaved ice we had in Maui last year. I definitely recommend upgrading by adding the scoop of ice cream in the center. I ended up getting the guava and also trying Mark H.'s strawberry. They were both killer, but I think I'd pick the guava again - it had just the perfect amount of sweetness. Even better, you can sit outside on the built-in chairs next to the water fountains or the cushy seating next to the (current) pumpkin patch. It's such a cute outdoor space!We have a new goal destination for our next bike ride. :)

Perfect treat for a hot day or any day really! The mango syrup was absolutely perfect. However, the real treat was the service! Super sweet employee and gave a bunch of amazing recommendation to this tourist. A must go!
