We are regulars at Mama Olga’s and they are great people, always great service but it seems like they changed their ingredients or maybe it is someone else making the tamales this past year and halfish because the flavor if not the same. The masa doesn’t taste like masa seems like too much additive and there is a strong sour taste to the tamales and way too much oregano. Great tamales! I usually pick up at the farmers markets. I see a lot of negative reviews from people giving one star reviews to many genres of foods, the repeating factor being them selves ?. Anyways, these are like the ones I grew up with so I love them and the people here!
