Covid 19 must of gotten the Best out of them, but I'll be honest...they had a couple asking for CASH transactions and they had a lot of take out orders.

This restaurant knows how to drive it's business to the ground. Trash ownership.

Make sure to call before going here. Do not trust the actual time frame it says here on Google. Very shady

They over charges without noticing. They take cash only and don’t take any credit cards. They said no charge tax but charge $1 every menu. That’s ridiculous.

I use to come here because I love Indian food and it's right by my place. Convenient and loved their lunch special because you get little pieces of everything to try. Well I been calling this place for several weeks because I wanted to order from them but never had anyone answer and I was distraught thinking they closed down due to the pandemic. However a lady answered took my order and everything was good until I went to go pick it up. She told me it was $55... when I calculated my total at home it was $47.44 for everything. If I add 8.59% in taxes my total will come out $51.52. However when she asked me straight up $55 I asked her to provide me a receipt. She said she couldn't because she doesn't use merchant services so she only accepts cash. Well that is fine with me because I understand how hard it is for everyone during this pandemic because my parents have a restaurant too right now as of this moment and they are barely making it. HOWEVER AS A CUSTOMER I WOULD LIKE A WRITTEN RECEIPT TO SHOW ME HOW YOU ARE CALCULATING $55. So she explained that she is only charging a $1 more for each item instead of charging tax and it will be less than paying taxes... WRONG. If she charges a dollar for any item that is over $10 fine but I ordered naan for $2.49, paratha for $3.99 and kulcha for $3.99 and if you add a dollar for each of those items I am paying A LOT MORE taxes than I should. I honestly wished I paid for EXACTLY what I had to and LEAVE HER A TIP of $5 OR MORE but I do not like the impression of ripping me off because of the pandemic. I was honestly pissed about the customer next to me trying to guilt trip me for asking a legit written down receipt. She was sticking up for the wrong ethics of the restaurant owner and made me feel like the bad person. Well as a paying customer who loves to support all local businesses I do not support this type of wrong business ethics. If you don't want to pay for merchant services please just bring back a regular old cash register so that you are providing legit calculations and taxes so that people like my parents who are paying for taxes even during these hard times do not have to pick up for your shady ways and customers like us do not be scammed by businesses like you. Look at the receipt she rounded up the nearest dollar and than charged me extra with no valid explanation. I guess this restaurant is charging a covid-19 FEE very discreetly so that customers won't know the difference since they do not provide a receipt.

I love this restaurant and their food. I always try a different lunch special and I’m never disappointed. I always recommend and rave about Mantra to my friends.

We had a really good meal here. The food seemed very home made and was delicious. The service was great. We had chicken tika masala, lentil soup, butter chicken and tandoori chicken all were very tasty. The naan and rice were also very good.

So glad this place re-opened! Spent a lot of money and time trying unsuccessfully to find a replacement. Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala are both super yummy! Garlic Maan and Riata are also great. Lunch special is priced right.

I've been coming here for 3 years. I love the rich flavors of Indian food, not so much the overly intense heat that some dishes are known for. I've always been able to order my food mild, enjoy my meal and those flavors I love & life moves on. Not the case today. With the whole "social distancing," COVID-19, I had to take my order to go. That's fine. I order my usual chicken curry, Marsala, 2 orders of garlic naan. Again, I asked the food to be mild, because I know what I'm getting into. Come home I was shorted an order of naan. NOT a big deal. My complaint comes when my MILD food is so damn spicy after the first bite, my mouth is on fire I cannot eat the food I paid for. Paid over $20 to eat naan, and throw the rest away. I was looking to enjoy the food not develop an ulcer. They've changed up the rice and some of the flavors, which I'm willing to Overlook. It did taste better previously but the food as long as it is served at the intensity you can stand is nice. I probably won't be returning to a place where the quality has decreased and I can't even eat the food anyway!

Not a good food at all, may be I was unlucky this time but not good food at all. I ordered goat curry And alu gobhi. Alugobhi was over cooked and goad curry had burned taste and the bashmati rice which we supposed to get was over cooked and was sticky. Just honest feedback as I said may be I was not lucky

Certain food will gross coming out, but once you try it, you'll fall in love. Amazing food. No music playing so it was quiet, and only one person was tending the front house. The front does need more eye catching decor, but again, food made it all worth it

I found this place when I was delivering uber eats awhile back. Placed smelled amazing and I knew I had to come back. The restaurant is small but roomy inside and plenty of seating. The server was so friendly and helpful. She even brought extra plates for our daughter and extra naan. I got the butter masala and my wife got the British paneer tikka masala. The orders for lunch came in a 3 course plate. A yummy crispy somosa with a green chutney, mint cilantro dipping sauce, that tasted fresh prepared. Something I'm not sure what it's called but taste like a donut hole with golden syrup, basmati rice and crispy flaky naan bread that was some of the best I've ever had. The masala was perfect. I ordered medium and was hot enough to get the nose dripping but not so hot I couldn't taste the flavor. Lunch comes with tea self serve and it was hot and full of flavor you would expect. Can't wait to come back
