I was craving ceviche and I work late. Good ol' Yelp search and I find this place. I work off Peoria and the I17. About a 13 minute drive from work it's 10:45PM. I called asked size she didn't have size but I'm like what the hay give it a try. It was a bar and grill, loud live Mexican music was clean. Security guard outside checking people before they went in. Now this is not the conversation spot lol. My Latino folks love their music & dance. But that music will be blaring and I was just fine with it because that is a true sign of the authenticity of what I just walked into a Latino bar and grill. Ceviche was very good. My only issue is I would liked some Tapatio packets or cups of the hot sauce at the table to go. Fluffy Grandma recommends!!!

The food was absolutely amazing! Had the shrimp in chipotle sauce. Portions were generous - rice, salad, beans, tortillas. We went around 5 pm on a Sat. Several other groups eating but not full. My only complaint is the music is quite loud. Regardless, we will be back.

Over serving alcohol to people at the bar. They don’t care the Bartenders are clueless on the Arizona laws they just want to make that extra cash.

What a fun place. We normally go to Playa Hermosa downtown but thought we try somewhere closer for a weeknight dinner. The food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The seafood was an obvious standout but the tacos were great as well. The music was loud and a few tables had groups celebrating events. We came back on a weekend night and the food was just as good but the entertainment was CRANKED UP! The band was mobile in the restaurant and taking requests from table. I love the energy and the fun. It was comically loud, like I need to use napkins as earplugs loud. It was fun but I may keep it a weeknight secret based on the ludicrous volume level. Not throwing shade, just warning friends. We'll definitely be back. Cheers!
A unique and definitely authentic experience. The place is large and had a band playing that included a tuba. The service was friendly, but the bartenders did not speak very good English and I do not speak very good Spanish. The garlic fish was generously portioned, well seasoned, and very tasty. The chicken fajitas were solid. Plenty of chicken and they provided numerous homemade tortillas at no charge. The tortillas were light and delicious. Both plates came with buttered rice, a small vegetable salad, and refried beans. The peel and eat shrimp came in a very large portion over a bed of cucumbers. Food was quality. A few negatives. The music was a little too loud, it is a bit pricey, and there was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. Don’t use the pay on the app feature as the waitress did not think I paid the tab and came outside after us, which was interesting due to the language barrier. She was polite, appreciative, and apologetic when she realized I paid through the app. I would go back. I have never been to a place quite like it in Arizona.
