Maya's Kitchen Indian Cuisine

I am very discerning with my reviews specially for indian restaurants. The one big good sign about this place was a limited menu. 2nd was that it seemed to be a small family owned and operated place. The food was good, most importantly it was HOMELY. That's really rare in the valley. Also prices were reasonable.

I was checking out Maya’s to check it out as a possible place to take guests. Unfortunately the food was cold and largely tasteless. I could not eat the meal so paid the bill and left. Keith Jones
MY PROFOUND APOLOGIES. MY REVIEW WAS NOT FOR MAYAS BUT FOR ANOTHER RESTAURANT IN CHANDLER. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO MAYAS WHICH HAS BEEN ON MY LIST TO CHECK OUT FOR SOME TIME. I WILL DO THIS IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS WHEN MY EMBARRASSMENT HAS DIED DOWN.

First time there, the food was absolutely wonderful and very flavorful. I had the goat and it was so good. The service was very good.

We went here for dinner on a weekday and it was not crowded. Our food came out fast and it was fresh. We had the samosa chat which was very flavorful. For main course we had malai kofta and naan. It was delicious and felt like home cooked meal. It was not too oily or had any color added. We will probably be coming here more often now.

This is the most amazing Indian food I have ever had and my go-to is the chicken tikka masala and the chicken vindaloo and you cannot forget the garlic naan bread and the Aloo Tiki Choley is amazing, not to mention the staff is simply superb.

Best butter chicken I've had in quite some time. The garlic Naan was a perfect compliment to everything. The customer service was wonderful and the restaurant was very clean! I would recommend anyone try this.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. However the food was okay. We ordered a goat curry and a chicken vindaloo, and the flavors weren't anything amazing. Vindaloo was very tomatoey. Grinds my gears when a indian restaurant doesn't have chai too. That's a signature drink and doesn't take long to make. There is potential, but needs work.

I did not go to the actual restaurant this evening, but I'm working in my hotel room and I ordered delivery - hands down, it's some of the best Indian food I've had in a long time. Everything was perfectly prepared and truly delicious. That's not always easy to make happen when it's delivery. Kudos to the chef and the entire team at Maya's Kitchen. You made my day!

I'm a big fan of Indian food. Maya's did not disappoint. The strip mall location hides a true gastronomic gem. I was planning on leftovers and I over ordered purposely. When the total price came to under $100, I was expecting smaller portions. Was I wrong, yes! I ate well for three days. The meats were flavorful and juicy, the lentils were tender and not mushy, vegetables cooked to perfection. You will be pleased when you enter and smell your dinner being prepared. A great find!

The food and service here are EXCELLENT. My wife got the coconut curry with chicken, and I got the chicken saag. Both were delicious, and the portion size was just right. The prices are also very affordable. We will definitely be coming back.
