This McDonald's is clean and appears to be well staffed. I know this is petty but when you pay $5.00 for an order fries I expect them to be fresh and at least somewhat hot.

Took my kids for their first McDonald’s experience and got my two year old his first Happy Meal. I grew up going to this McDonald’s back in the early 2000’s and this was the first time I’ve gone back to see the new remodel. We had such a memorable experience. Food was great, service was great and staff is super helpful. Truly had an amazing time giving my child his first McDonald’s experience. I got the McDonald’s app and I was even able to treat myself with a reward Frappe while my kids enjoyed their ice cream cones. The play area is great for all ages. I think I had even more fun than my kids watching them enjoy the McDonald’s I loved so much as a kid.

I would recommend the drive-through for this place because they don’t really work the cash registers that much. They mostly focus on the drive-through so you will be waiting for a while if you go inside.🙈
The ice cream machine is always broken, it's a nasty place inside, nothing great.

I stopped by recently and had a pretty frustrating visit. I ordered using the kiosk and was given a table number, so I assumed the food would be brought to our table. After waiting about 15 minutes with no updates, I eventually heard our table number being called out and had to go to the counter to pick it up myself.
To make things worse, I ordered a McChicken but was given a McDouble instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the manager, Nina, told me I had to return the incorrect item before they would even start preparing the right one. That felt unprofessional — especially since it was their mistake to begin with.
The restaurant itself was in rough shape: sticky floors, dirty tables, and an unpleasant smell throughout. While I waited, I noticed a couple of other customers also complaining about getting incorrect orders, which suggests some serious issues with how the place is run. Meanwhile, Nina seemed more focused on chatting with staff than actually managing the store or addressing customer concerns.
Definitely not the experience I was expecting. Needs serious improvement.

I just tried to contact the store but no one answered so here I am… I ordered a combo with cheese. I got the sandwich with no cheese & no fries. It’s ridiculous that they charge what they do ($9 something) and can’t get one combo order correct.

I can’t remember the last time I got food at this location and wasn’t asked to pull around and wait. I choose McDonald’s to try and get food quickly, but it never is here. Giving them a try again today, I was #5 in the line asked to pull around.
