Nice place.
I stopped by recently and had a pretty frustrating visit. I ordered using the kiosk and was given a table number, so I assumed the food would be brought to our table. After waiting about 15 minutes with no updates, I eventually heard our table number being called out and had to go to the counter to pick it up myself.
To make things worse, I ordered a McChicken but was given a McDouble instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the manager, Nina, told me I had to return the incorrect item before they would even start preparing the right one. That felt unprofessional — especially since it was their mistake to begin with.
The restaurant itself was in rough shape: sticky floors, dirty tables, and an unpleasant smell throughout. While I waited, I noticed a couple of other customers also complaining about getting incorrect orders, which suggests some serious issues with how the place is run. Meanwhile, Nina seemed more focused on chatting with staff than actually managing the store or addressing customer concerns.
Definitely not the experience I was expecting. Needs serious improvement.
I just tried to contact the store but no one answered so here I am… I ordered a combo with cheese. I got the sandwich with no cheese & no fries. It’s ridiculous that they charge what they do ($9 something) and can’t get one combo order correct.
I can’t remember the last time I got food at this location and wasn’t asked to pull around and wait. I choose McDonald’s to try and get food quickly, but it never is here. Giving them a try again today, I was #5 in the line asked to pull around.
Ordered for drive thru pickup, came late so the order would be ready, still wasnt ready and the drive through was empty except for the single car infront of me who immediately got their food. Had to pull to the front and wait, and when I got my food it was barely above room temp. My carmel frappe had chocolate drizzled on it and unless they changed all their bases to the mocha frappe and just add carmel drizzle for the carmel ones, my frappe was one that I went out of my way NOT to order because I dont like their mocha frappe base.
For a quick dinner after shopping it was quiet, peaceful the food came smelling n tasting like McDonald's should I got a 5$ meal deal wife got bacon quarters pounder. Bathroom was sorta clean

I often bring my children here to have lunch and play. They look forward to coming here every time. Sometimes the toys for happy meals cannot be replaced, which makes the children a little sad. The toilets are clean and bright, and the service staff will clean the tables regularly. Children who come here to play are also all friendly
Parking: There are many parking spaces around
Kid-friendliness: There is a children's play area and children's dining chairs, and a changing table is available in the women's restroom.

What can I say. It's McDonald's.
This is by far the best McDonald's I have ever visited. The employees are always friendly, the service is excellent and the place, including the bathrooms are clean.
Many thanks for the awesome experience I always have when visiting here.

Wanted some breakfast and kid to play…. Arrived at 1035… apparently breakfast over and forced to buy “lunch”?
We left - kid didn’t get to play. Don’t want to pay insane prices for stuff that’s horrible food. Some basic breakfast food would be good energy for myself and the kid but fake chicken nuggets and 800cals of almost-beef fat is not what want for energy. The price is for it is criminal… especially, with a vertical supply chain. Must assume we’re pretty dumb.
Get with it MacDonalds…. It’s 2024 and people are tired of eating poison. I won’t be going back for another (years)….
Money mongering poison pushers…
What’s even more annoying is that I tried another location right next to our house a few months ago, but the playground was designed in such a way that I couldn’t help my kid down from the inside because they’re trying to avoid having adults via design. The result is a very pointless “playground” that’s more of a frustrating obstacle course than anything a kid could have fun at. So, I made the idiotic decision to drive 10 minutes north to find another macdonalds and I guess the extra travel put me into lunch time.
Why on earth MacDonalds couldn’t figure out breakfast all day is insane. If you’re going to buy crap food at least it should be convenient.
The food is on the low end of the fast food scale. It's no 5 guys or even a Whataburger when it comes to the meat and veggies. This trip they only put one pattie on the Big-Mac, so that was sad. Service was fine, although they charged us for the wrong order then said our card was declined when it was the car behind us, confusion ensued. The atmosphere is that of a prison, dull grey bland paint outside, hospital tile inside where your first greeted by a self check out machine which says "welcome in how may we serve you today", just kidding, no one says that.
