So today I stopped at this McDonald’s expecting the same old experience I get at every McDonald’s boy was. I surprised I ordered the new steak bagel and when I opened it, it was made perfectly. It looked like a picture. It literally look like a picture. Fantastic job. I was so pleased. I am so glad I stopped here this morning for my breakfast. I was in a hurry. They were fast. They were friendly. They were courteous, and my food looked and tasted delicious. It wasn’t over sauce. It wasn’t put together sloppy it was great Thank you so much.

Rude Staff, including the managers who are supposed to set the example for their employees. They're nice and give away free orders to people managers know, and allow those they know to walk back behind the counters. While getting my order, one manager was extremely rude and ignored me. I asked for condiments and was didn't even bother to acknowledge me. I had to ask her for my drink also, and with attitude asked I'd I needed anything else. I will be contacting the corporate office.

We had order for a pick up and did not receive at all. The only we did not get was a 5 dollar mcdouble chesse burger. This has happen twice we work was too tired to pick up but expect to have order ready. I had call she said come and pick it up told her no was too tired ask her if tomorrow sounds like she did want too she claim to be manger . She had full staff she should had one work different task then all in one thing to keep it flowing.i had to say I am going to call corporate just for her to give my money Worth I bought that I never received sound like she didn't really care. Going to get my meal never got never going back received better at other McDonald's then this is twice the first one never got my money back. I also a manger for retail somebody this to investigate this.

This McDonald’s don’t take orders seriously we asked for fresh everything cause our daughter can’t have the food on warmers and they gave us cold food .
I was in the drive through waiting sitting there no one was coming or answering blowing my horn pull up on the side of drive-thru in the manager in the crew all had headsets on and all in the lobby kickin it the manager look like he was on drugs and the rest of the crew did too didn't have nerve to tell me I have to drive back around to order my food they look like they will spit on your food if you go back around so I left never again come after 2:00 pm

Recently my orders have been messed up. I order from here alot. Disappointing, I asked for extra ketchup/mustard/pickles/onions. Instead I was given a plain burger. Not cool.
