Truly wish I could leave zero stars. I don’t go to McDonald’s much.. why I had to choose the worst one in this planet is crazy. Food took 20 minutes to come out and it was ROCK solid, fries were half full, entire meal is ice cold. I kid you not… stay away from this place at all costs.

I go to this McDonald's in the mornings and they are great. Great service. I've been to this McDonald's three times in the evening. I thought the first time they just must be having a rough night. Nope! They are rude outright. They just ignore you. I ordered and the shortest wait to pay out of the three visits was 25 minutes. Not what I would call fast food. When you ask for salt or something else you might need, they act like you are bothering them. At first I thought it was just me. But they ignored everyone. I will be speaking with the manager in the morning. Go for breakfast during the week and the girls will take care of you. In the evening they only worry about the drive thru apparently. Lazy, rude young men. And all the McDonald's I have been to in the valley, I say dine in and they bring me a bag. Except for the morning people.

Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with egg but they gave me it without the egg. Didn't find out until I got home and it took a total 20 minutes to go there, wait in line at the drive thru, and get back home which made it a hassle to even try to go back. Wait time in their line at the restaurant is horrible all the time!!! Contacted customer service and they forwarded the issue to a representative of that branch, but that representative did NOTHING to fix my order and only gave a sad apology! How can they mess up orders and not even care about giving what customers paid for? Not planning to go back here again! They will mess up your order and not even care about fixing it!!!

Its McDonalds, i get it. But with that being said, its frustrating when you're asked what sauces you want when you first order, then you re-iterate to the girl in the window what specific sauces you want, then being asked to pull forward, refusing to give me my sauces before hand (because i know damn well when i pull forward, i will get no sauces) then having to wait for "fresh fries" which are cold, and guess what........ no sauces. ........Went inside, store is trashed and smells, should also try not to talk badly about customers assuming they don't speak Spanish because of my appearance. Yo hable Espanol lol.... my sauces were handed to me in a crumbled wad. Thx Mcdonalds... thx...

I waited 30 minutes for two plain burgers and fries, only to receive the wrong order. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the employee responded with an attitude, as if it were my fault. While I was willing to wait for the correct order, they completely forgot about me. After reminding them, they again became annoyed, as if I were somehow inconveniencing them by requesting the food I had already paid for. I requested a refund, but they refused, claiming the food was already prepared and I should wait two minutes. Incredibly, it was the same incorrect order. Frustrated, I insisted on a refund, but they claimed they lacked cash due to closing procedures and offered a gift card instead. I declined. Fifteen minutes later, they presented the same incorrect food, explaining that the manager had left.

Long wait in drive thru and finally went in just to get an order of drinks. People were screaming at the back of the restaurant, and it was still a long wait for soda and tea.

This McDonald's can barley keep up and the staff was very rude, they got my order wrong multiple times and couldn't remember the order I've repeatedly over and over and all staff came to look at me rude and I ask a member for there names and this gentleman said I don't know And , I have no comment. Really professional
Side note* I see them running behind the dumpster to smoke,
Whoa I just said excuses me to the manager cause I was talking with my wife and didn't hear her sneak up on me and said did you not here me!!, I was like, oh, okay...I just got a few items.

I have a child asked twice if the slide could be cleaned because it was coke on it. Nobody cleaned it. Completely ignored the 2 kids playing on the dirty playground

Either you guys have a high waste numbers or just plan don’t care about your food quality coz you sure do serve old nuggets , stale fries! You guys honestly need to get it together! I don’t understand why you serve food that you wouldn’t even eat on your own break!
