I went there tonight (12/13/25) at 7:20pm. I was in the 2nd lane. Nowhere did it say that lane was cl9sed. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the windows to try to order. The black girl at the window told me I had to drive back around, get in the lane again to order or come inside. That's B.S. I left. I went to Jack-in-the-Box. Should have went there like I started to do.

This location is the worst McDonald's in Phoenix! No matter how many times I have ordered in the drive thru, inside, or through the mobile app for delivery, they never get it right. Literally every order is missing something, sofa is flat, and fries are never fresh. Save yourself the headache, wasted reward points for free items not showing up with order, and money wasted; just drive to a different location.

Order was totally all wrong Went through the drive thru Three time just for an small cheese burger.
Truly wish I could leave zero stars. I don’t go to McDonald’s much.. why I had to choose the worst one in this planet is crazy. Food took 20 minutes to come out and it was ROCK solid, fries were half full, entire meal is ice cold. I kid you not… stay away from this place at all costs.

I go to this McDonald's in the mornings and they are great. Great service. I've been to this McDonald's three times in the evening. I thought the first time they just must be having a rough night. Nope! They are rude outright. They just ignore you. I ordered and the shortest wait to pay out of the three visits was 25 minutes. Not what I would call fast food. When you ask for salt or something else you might need, they act like you are bothering them. At first I thought it was just me. But they ignored everyone. I will be speaking with the manager in the morning. Go for breakfast during the week and the girls will take care of you. In the evening they only worry about the drive thru apparently. Lazy, rude young men. And all the McDonald's I have been to in the valley, I say dine in and they bring me a bag. Except for the morning people.

Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with egg but they gave me it without the egg. Didn't find out until I got home and it took a total 20 minutes to go there, wait in line at the drive thru, and get back home which made it a hassle to even try to go back. Wait time in their line at the restaurant is horrible all the time!!! Contacted customer service and they forwarded the issue to a representative of that branch, but that representative did NOTHING to fix my order and only gave a sad apology! How can they mess up orders and not even care about giving what customers paid for? Not planning to go back here again! They will mess up your order and not even care about fixing it!!!

Its McDonalds, i get it. But with that being said, its frustrating when you're asked what sauces you want when you first order, then you re-iterate to the girl in the window what specific sauces you want, then being asked to pull forward, refusing to give me my sauces before hand (because i know damn well when i pull forward, i will get no sauces) then having to wait for "fresh fries" which are cold, and guess what........ no sauces. ........Went inside, store is trashed and smells, should also try not to talk badly about customers assuming they don't speak Spanish because of my appearance. Yo hable Espanol lol.... my sauces were handed to me in a crumbled wad. Thx Mcdonalds... thx...
