Never in my life did I think I would ever leave a review for a McDonald's, but I have to say out of the thousands of McDonald's I've been to over my lifetime, the staff at this location have to be some of the kindest and most professional that I've experienced. Every single time I leave there I just think to myself how nice these people are, which honestly is a breath of fresh air. Whatever it is you all are doing, keep doing that!

The lobby is closed during core hours and they don't offer an option to order unless you are in a car. No way to order via a window or anything. Horrible and does not take into account the many different types of customers that come here.

I don't live in Arizona or go to this McDonald's at all but I know someone who went there the other day she's in a wheelchair and you guys' Lobby is closed from 3:00 to 5:00 and she couldn't get food because you guys wouldn't let her go through the drive-thru on her wheelchair shame on you guys

I am being generous by giving this place a star. Lousy customer service provided by Luis (the Thrs. on duty mgr.) Very rude and obnoxious attitude. Lacks PR skills, doesn't know how to de-escalate a situation he aggrevates it instead. He belongs in the kitchen. He's definitely not managerial material.

Was really hungry, but couldn't get food. Here's why: lobby is closed MON-FRI from 3-5. Drive through goes out into Camelback due to demand at those times. Obviously they close it to keep teenagers just out of school out. Hope you lose more business than just mine.

I’m between this one and indian schools McDonald’s but closest to this one. I prefer 7th and indian school because this location won’t even let you inside the lobby from 3-5. They expected me to sit a line that went out to almost camelback while all the curbside and drive thru spaces plus more were full they were so behind. I knocked to try and go in I needed two sodas and only had cash he tell me to order in the app or wait in the line. I popped into frys for milk and formula came back out the last car in line hadn’t even ordered yet. The drive thru guys are amazing and friendly but yesterday people from lobby were rude as heck.
Vegetarian options: A pre made salad is about as vegetarian as it gets

Wheelchair accessibility: There is ramps and a large stall
