Wasn't as bad as some of the other mcdonalds I've been to lately, it was actually better than I expected yet still frustrating. I ordered online 40 minutes prior and notified them through the app that I had arrived. Yet when I was talking to the cashier not 5 minutes later they informed me that some of the things I had ordered were unavailable because they had just started to clean machines and it would be 15 minutes before they would be up and running... like yall didn't look at the screen and think "hey we should probably make those since someone already paid for them and it says he Is here." Th3n had a hell of a time getting my money back for the items I purchased cause I didn't want to wait 15 minutes. Now mind you I could understand if it was late at night or whatever, but this was at 4pm on a Tuesday... SMH maybe it's time to do Mcdonalds the same as I have done with Jack in the Box and avoid em all together.

I’m sitting in my car, but I just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I am with how clean this McDonald’s is! 👏 I work in this area a lot, and I usually stop by to grab some coffee ☕ and use the restroom before heading out. Considering the socioeconomic challenges in this neighborhood, I think it’s worth pointing out how much your team’s effort stands out. 🌟 Your employees are doing an amazing job here—thank you! 🙌

Prices are expensive. Spend about 10 dollars for combo meals. All businesses should have a cap! Big Macs aren't big anymore, so drop the big. It's just a Mac sandwich now.

The people who work in the pick-up service at the window and the cashier were very friendly and that is why I give them 5 because it feels like being a pressured customer.

I never go to this location. The last time a homeless guy was banging on my window. But.....I had been to Costco and figured it was easier to get something and head home. Got a frozen coke.....it weirdly didn't melt at all all the way home. Put it on the counter....still didn't melt. Ended up dumping it in the sink and it took a lot of spraying with hot water to get it to dissolve. Idk....soap?
