There is this rude Hispanic lady who works as manager in the afternoons who never wants to give me what I order on the app. She has closed the window in my face just to avoid confrontation when I ask for my missing items!! Management has to do better at this location, several people from my job have stopped going to this location because of the same annoying manager.

Sthefania the manager is very rude and unhelpful I gave her my code from the app and it took my points but she said it didnt go.thru and theres nothing she can do the app has nothing to do with them and is very rude so I loose out on my points and didnt get my item she stated that the app has been having issues all day today.So I don't know why they would even ask if I was gonna use a code , they should just tell people that it was down instead of having people waste their points for nothing she does not deserve her position and should give demoted to a regular employee has no traits of being a assistant manager nor a manager

They take ebt but for some reason the evening shift won't take it. Regular employees think because they don't know how to do it that means they don't take ebt. Kinda annoying but the manager usually steps in to process my payment. 9/10 they're friendly about it. 1/10 they make a fuss, but still process my payment. Food and drinks are what you expect. I like they're to go bags for drinks.

I’ve had several issues at this location with missing sauces from my orders, even though I request them through the app. When I asked the manager about it, she was rude and said sauces cost extra, but the app doesn’t show any charges. This isn’t the first time she’s been unpleasant or unwilling to help. I don’t have any problem with the food — it’s always fine — but the customer service, especially from the manager, really needs improvement. It’s disappointing because this McDonald’s is closest to my job, but I no longer feel comfortable going back.
They have great prices on breakfast sandwiches.The restaurant is always clean.
