I visit this McDonald's often because of the indoor playground, and I’ve never had a bad customer service experience—though I usually come in the mornings. Today was very different.
I placed a mobile order for a Happy Meal at around 6:35 PM for drive-thru pickup. When I pulled up to the speaker, I waited about four minutes with no response. I said “hello,” and the employee replied loudly and with attitude, “I’ll be right with you.” After another short wait, she asked how she could help me. I let her know I had a mobile order and gave her my code. She sounded irritated and told me to go to the first window.
When I arrived at the window, I wasn’t greeted. The manager (she was wearing a manager/supervisor shirt) simply asked for my order again. I mentioned that the mobile app showed that toys were unavailable and politely asked if they could add fries or apple slices as a courtesy replacement. She seemed unsure and said she would check. She closed the window for only a couple of seconds, reopened it, and told me, “No, we can’t give extra fries or apples.”
What made the experience worse was that three other employees gathered behind her, staring at me and chiming into the situation instead of helping other customers. There were several cars behind me in line, but the staff appeared more focused on watching the interaction than working. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. When I asked again how much a toy costs, the manager simply said, “I don’t know.”
I remained calm the entire time and was only asking simple questions about my order, but I was met with rudeness, hostility, and zero effort to resolve the issue. I even overheard inappropriate comments from the employees in the background. As I was asking the manager for her name, she closed the window on me.
I had my autistic child in the car waiting for his Happy Meal, so I chose not to escalate the situation. However, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at any McDonald’s, especially at a location I’ve visited so many times without issue.
What made this even more disappointing is that many of the employees working that evening were part of my own Latino community. I always try to support Latino-staffed businesses and expect us to lift each other up, not treat people with disrespect. Instead, the behavior I experienced—unprofessional, confrontational, and unnecessarily hostile—felt like the complete opposite of the community support and respect I value. It was disheartening to see that level of unprofessionalism from a team I hoped would represent us better.

Paid $14 for the grinch meal, specifically for the shaker fries. Did not receive pickle fry seasoning.
Few employees are rude. I try not to let that bother me, until tonight. I make extra money on the side for Doordash and taking my last offer. This one employee in particular was being ignorant and rude, she finally answered me and asked me to confirm the order. I WOULD NEED TO SEE THE RECIEPT TO COMPLETE PICKUP!!!! Next thing I knew me and this employee were playing tug of war with the bag. If she pulled this crap while I was off the clock, I wouldve made a bigger scene than it already was.

Never have had such a long wait at a McDonald’s in my life. I sat for a half an hour behind two people on a simple order while people backed up behind me. They never sent the cars at the front to the spaces to wait for the food so they could help more customers. It was just sit and wait with no communication and I’m over it

Food and coffee were barely warm and stale. They are possibly holding food for longer then they should be.

Don't order your burger with no ketchup. It'll definitely make somebody mad and they'll put so much ketchup on it that you can't even pick it up properly

They handed out my online order to the wrong person and refused to remake it. Then when I called to ask if it can be cancelled the woman was very rude and hung up on me.

I'm giving McDonalds a solid 4. I love the McDouble and the sausage McGriddle 2 for $5.
I think it's the best burger and breakfast sandwich with the best price. I appreciate McDonalds for the business that it is and giving affordable options. May not be the healthiest however it taste good and it's convenient.

My car was damaged while parked at their parking lot while I was eating lunch inside. There are 3 cameras in that area that can identify the vehicle that hit my car. The manager has refused to let me or my insurance company review the footage. Do the right thing and let my insurance company review the video! Be an example of common decency!

3 times in 2 weeks hit the drive-thru after 8pm only to wait 5-7 minutes before ordering. Why the wait to order? No customers ahead of me. This wasn't 3 out of X times it was 3 of 3. What is going on?
