We where forced to use the kiosk. Appearantly a multi billion dollar company can't afford to allow its paid employees to treat their customers like a human being and not a number on the order screen. We ordered at the kiosk and asked for our cups. The manager was texting on her phone. This manager had already been texting for several minutes before we walked up. We wouldve rather dealt with an empty counter for a few minutes than this. Looked up at us. Handed the cups and went straight back to texting. Didn't even say a word to us. One of the employees, an older gentleman, was incredibly polite and actually talked to people. He's the only reason I didn't rate the service a 1/5 stars.

Bad experience today..
Placed order through mobile app..entered Curbside 6. Placed order and submitted at 8:37 am. On phone and realized at 8:54 am I'm still waiting. I go inside and ask for Manager to explain how long I had been waiting. He could not find my order and asks to see it on my app. Show him and looks again...finds it and tells me it just came through when I walked in! I asked him provide information to complete survey for my experience. He tells me that it is available on my online receipt and walks off and totally ignores me. A regular employee came up to me with my order, very polite and provided the information needed. Manager needs training on customer service skills and know where to direct customers for surveys if asked, I would have

Actually impressed with this Mcds. Although someone left a dirty adult diaper in the stall in the restroom I can't knock them for that. The rest of the place was clean. And I watched more than three different employees help customers figure out the kiosk ordering. That alone proves that this location trains their employees to focus on the customers needs, regardless if you're cleaning floors, delivering a meal, or off the clock! Seriously one worker clocked out then was helping a Spanish speaker figure out how to complete her order. Never seen this at any Mcds in the entire city. Kudos to y'all for taking the time to go above and beyond what your job requires and doing so with a smile and compassion. 5 stars all the way around a great place to stop and eat!

I oppose the New kiosk entirely. It's the most awkward setting to walk in somewhere that you go in expecting a somewhat social experience, otherwise drive thru or delivery would of been my choice, and now you can hardly get a hello. There is a disconnect between the establishment and customer now, its not as welcoming or desireable to sit inside anymore, I can't understand why this is the New way when the whole point of going inside a food place is to get some interaction with people ..you have totally taken it away. And now you feel like a burden trying to get the attention of workers behind the counter...what were you all thinking??? Canes on 7th Street and Indian school , in my opinion has hit the mark entirely on a fast food Experience...the mood, the decorations, the whole set up is perfect for anyone just looking for a quick sit down experience... I think every fast food needs to look into that location's ideas regardless of it being a different company

Day Staff Managers need more customer service and leadership training.
The older gentleman working there today was delightful. He tried helping us and was also trying to help someone else, but the other person needed a translator so he kept calling out for one only to have no answer. There were two manager ladies up front who were too busy talking or doing whatever instead of coming to help the person who needed a translator.
As the nice gentleman helped us with our order, we were finishing up and heading toward front register, and that was Finally when one of the manager ladies decided to help with translating, but instead of walking over to the kiosk-where the person was- she took over the register the gentleman was having us walk over to pay for our meal. She then started to talk in Spanish with the customer and entering the order through the register, completely disregarding us and the worker helping us.
The gentleman let us know she would finish paying off our order since she was already there so that he could finish other small tasks. As soon as we were next, she just leaves without helping us. The nice gentleman saw that we weren't helped yet and came back to pay off our order.
I had ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, but wanted onions on them as they emphasize and complement the spice. The same manager lady that left us came back since she had to be the one to modify my sandwich. As the worker helping us told her how I wanted my chicken sandwiches, she had a Loud face of Disgust as if I wasn't standing right in front of her which was so rude of her.
Her and the other manager lady were just overall not doing their jobs and had the audacity to be rude to everyone around them including the older gentleman helping us.
Even after everything, I STILL Did Not get onions on Any of my spicy chicken sandwiches. Worst experience ever as the atmosphere was very chaotic when it didn't need to be, it wasn't that busy. I felt bad for the older gentleman helping us because he was trying to do his job the whole time and the ladies just weren't helpful which is a shocker knowing they're supposed to be managers.
I know it's McDonald's, but please do better.
Better customer service
Better management
Better overall teamwork
Better food quality checks

The manager named Wendy is really rude last time at 12/22/24 9:42 pm when I showed up to the drive-through I didn’t give out my code at the speaker and she was being really rude and aggressive saying that it was a big deal yelling at me for not give my code before showing up to the drive Though window and I told her that I wasn’t gonna pay for it. If she didn’t honor the code, it only takes a few seconds to honor it and she did with an attitude. She had the audacity to tell me Do you see long the line was And I told her yeah, I was the last in line still being the last in line, waiting for long periods and still being rude to me towards the window and complaining about her job
