The morning manager is awful her customer service is terrible. Her attitude is even worse. She lacks empathy. She provides no solutions or even apologizes for her employees mistakes. First time coming here and definitely not stopping here again.

Kim was stellar and me and my service dog Steve deeply appreciated her warm, professional level of care and service today! She really not only made our day, was kind and I also watched as I sat and enjoyed my meal what's my service dog as she stayed very calm under pressure being so busy today as this location is every day. Every time I go to this location they always get my order right there efficient and I really did appreciate creating a memory with my service dog Steve because of Kim today of all days! If any of her management team read this I hope she gets a recommendation & recognition for her level of customer service and care!

McDonalds has become so gross they don't even use real beef. And it cost to much now days it's just not worth eating anymore. Quality has become very poor grade. Save your money and eat at sonic or in an out burger, cost the same and better beef.

Worst McDonald’s I been too I came because it’s 24 hours but they wouldn’t serve me until 15 mins till breakfast cuz the system . The I was waiting for breakfast they got mad at me for waiting nine minutes in line Then they wanted to take my breakfast order but their menu wasn’t updated so I googled the menu. But they got frustrated and said they had to switch the worker for me then I ordered and it’s taken like 15 minutes last time I’m coming tbh.
I personally don't like McDonald's food it makes me physically sick when I eat it but it's alright when you need something quick and cheap

I visited the McDonald’s on 32nd St & Broadway, and it was one of the worst customer service from experiences I’ve ever had. The woman Briana working as the manager on duty was extremely rude, condescending, and even laughed in my face when I tried to address an issue with my order
No one deserves to be treated like that — especially at a time when customers are just trying to get food and go home. The way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope McDonald’s corporate reviews the overnight staff and holds management accountable because this kind of attitude ruins the reputation of the brand.
