These people cut corners every chance they get. They refused to give me my change because of the coin shortage, and when I ordered them a double I had to go back and explain that they did not give me a Mc double then an employee had to manually rip the burger apart just show me that there was two patties disappointing and just awful.

The customer service is atrocious. You pull up to the drive thru and instead of "welcome to McDonald's, how may I help you?" You get a "what can I get you?"At the windows they barely even acknowledge you, and don't even say thank you or have a nice dayToday, I went through and got a McDouble, they kid at the first window didn't even say a word to me, and the lady at the 2nd window had ONE INCH LONG ACRYLIC NAILS, no gloves, and just hands me me food. Good to know you guys don't follow Covid regulations.

This McDonald's is definitely not doing their best during Covid. Usually long lines, in person and at the drive through. Your better off going to the Taco Bell or Burger King across the street for fast food. This place sucks

Sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. They took the order of the person in the other lane first, even though I was there first. The guy finally came on the speaker and mumbled something. I asked for a bag of ice and he mumbled something about "we don't have no ice". Now I was stuck in the drive thru lane with no way to leave.

Very limited menu that you could pick from and I ended up ordering a Happy Meal but they didn't have everything that went with it so that's why I gave it such a low score I have never had problems with McDonald's before
