The service was horrible. Everyone was acting like we were invisible when asking for anything. My 3year needed the restroom and they would ignore us. I thank the only employee who was actually doing his job and was attentive to customers. His name is Elias. So thank you Elias for doing what noone else in this work place is willing to do.

I just feel like if you don’t wanna work in a drive-through you shouldn’t be working in a drive-through having an attitude while other people aren’t a great mood really throws off the vibe and if I ask you, how long do I have to wait because you’re gonna park me you shouldn’t get a attitude because of that

I ordered my food thru the Mobil app and I did t receive my French fries nor my sauce and when I told them I was missing those items they still didn't give me my sauce also staff had a bad attitude

only touch screens. No greeting no help no acknowledgemention I was even there. ordered buy 1 get 1. Left. Only recieved 1 buger. Went thru drive thru . Because it's the only way to talk to a human. Explained it she laughed

100 unprofessional Hispanic girl in drive thru ignores car in drive thru who paid for order for 15 minutes, driver had to get out of car to go inside to retrieve food. Enjoy!

McDonald's has systems in place to ensure every customer gets their correct order in a timely manner. However, because they track how long it takes to serve a customer, some less than ethical managers will clear orders off the screen before they are completed in order to trick the system into thinking they are performing well.

After waiting 20 minutes for a curbside order, I decided to go inside to track down my food. Although there were half a dozen other individuals in front of me also searching for their food, the screen was showing no orders in progress. After finally getting my chance to present my receipt, I was informed they'd have to remake my order since they gave it to someone else. 10 minutes later I finally had my bag. The burger was fresh since they just remade it, but the fries were significantly lacking in quantity. I probably could have counted how many fries I received using only my fingers.

Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed in the management of this particular location.

Staff is rude, won’t pay attention to waiting customers, one of the members of the staff were over the phone at all time I’ve been waiting for my food (20 minutes for 1 quarter pounder meal) manipulating the food without washing her hands after that, as that and won’t even using uniform. They need a whole orientation, no one was professional at this location.

Very incapable workers. Everytime the order is either messed or incomplete, and fries are never fully filled up. Reading the order can be a quite useful.
