In my recent visits here, I’ve twice paid for Diet Cokes, then only learned at the second window that they were out of Diet Cokes. On the times when they have had Diet Cokes, they’ve on multiple occasions been flat, without any carbonation. Please address this.

There is homeless people just loitering inside and begging for thirty cents and the staff doesn’t care and caters to these people. This guys is literally smoking his vape pen in the dining room. I’m just trying to get some food I don’t wanna be harass and talked down to by the staff when I’m just trying to buy some food

The food was as you would expect from McDonalds. But there are a lot of homeless people here, some of whom even sleep on the benches. Then it shouldn't happen.

Recently I stopped for takeout only to be berated by McDonald’s staff… after waiting thru a long morning rush hour line to order I finally reached the window where I further sat waiting and after a time an order came thru the window and it was the wrong order… staff began arguing telling me that was what I ordered. I told them that I requested a double #9 order for me and passenger but they ignored me and said that I had to go thru the line all over and pay for second meal, so I drove away! Once home I realized I had entirely the wrong meal and after checking bank charge for meal I was charged approximately $19.00. I was ripped off for which I’ll never return!

Usually if I have nothing nice to say I won’t say anything at all but I can’t help it. I have to express how slow they were. How long it took to be acknowledged, never mind how long it took to get my order. I’ve never spent so much time at a fast food restaurant in my life. That’s all I’ll say.

The Fries 🍟 were burnt luckily a used a coupon for free fries with a purchase of $2 or more. I got myself a big Mac and water. I felt extremely uncomfortable with all the homeless guys asking me for money outside of place.
