lady there had time to yell at 2 homeless people but no time to acknowledge me standing there. Sorry but I'm more particular with my money these days. Don't need the $25 in mcmuffins that bad. It's one of those types of places that you totally see why people choose Perkins or Denny's instead. Just no.

First off they have people in the drive thru begging for money. Second, after taking my money then they tell me it would be 30 minutes. And I couldn't get a refund so I had to wait. Will not ever go back there again.

Worst slowest mcdonald's ever! Ended up waiting my entire lunch break 30 minutes for 2 hot n spicy, a fry and a coke. Then when they did give me my order.The only thing that was in the bag was the fries.... so then I had to wait another 5 to7 minutes just to get someone's attention , even though I was right there in the front. Ended up getting 2 sandwiches that were not the ones I ordered cold fries.And when I looked at the fries , they were dirty.. I took a picture when you see this.This means that they're not cleaning the oil to fry the fries. That oil they're using could probably be a month old , if not more. I would know I worked at McDonald's for 3 plus years in the past. This is the worst mcdonald's. And I don't mean they have one bad day.I come here on a regular and it's always like this.Only reason why I come is because it's close to where I work end of story. Otherwise avoided like the plague. I wish they open a jack in the box around here

This McDonalds isn’t in the best part of the city, but to expect the employees to offer their best service on top of being security is terrible. There needs to be security guards hired for this location 100% of the time.

It took almost 2 HOURS for them to make & serve me my carmel iced coffee. . & I said something to the worker in the front several times. . otherwise the manager handled all the complaints / angry people well... but they need help during the day hours clearly!
