Recently I stopped for takeout only to be berated by McDonald’s staff… after waiting thru a long morning rush hour line to order I finally reached the window where I further sat waiting and after a time an order came thru the window and it was the wrong order… staff began arguing telling me that was what I ordered. I told them that I requested a double #9 order for me and passenger but they ignored me and said that I had to go thru the line all over and pay for second meal,...

Usually if I have nothing nice to say I won’t say anything at all but I can’t help it. I have to express how slow they were. How long it took to be acknowledged, never mind how long it took to get my order. I’ve never spent so much time at a fast food restaurant in my life. That’s all I’ll say.
