This McDonalds isn’t in the best part of the city, but to expect the employees to offer their best service on top of being security is terrible. There needs to be security guards hired for this location 100% of the time.

I actually just had to use the restroom here. I am an older lady and I stopped at Jack In The Box to use the restroom on 19th Avenue and Van Buren and they completely turned me away. However, I went to this McDonald's location and I spoke with Angelica the cashier and she graciously and immediately opened the restroom door for me as she could understand that I really needed to use the restroom. The security thing outside is very touchy. I walk to this location, and every time, I'm the only one outside. Immediately after stepping foot onto the property, the security speaker tells me I'm loitering. I picked up my food and exited again, walking off of the property. The security speaker then came on and a man yelled that I am loitering and need to Immediately leave the premises. I'd feel more welcomed here if I didn't feel like I'd get in trouble...
