Slowest McDonald’s in Phoenix. I placed a mobile order 10 minute before showing up in the drive thru. They had me park in the reserved drive thru parking and had me wait another 10 minutes for 1 Big Mac. Not sure the point of placing an order ahead if I still have to wait for my food. Ridiculous

I wish I could give this zero stars…. But I can’t so imma give one. Never in my 40 years of existing have I EVER been so UTTERLY DISGUSTED with service before !! I went in to take my lil Jim Bob jr to get a happy meal… he was so excited for this craftmine meal. ONLY TO BE HORRIFIED WITH THE ITEM THROWN IN THERE !! NEVER AGAIN. I order from this mcdonalds often, lately they always seem to mess my orders up, missing items, no toys in happy meals, thrown together burgers in a mess. Whenever I go to pick something up from here I almost always have to park and wait for them to bring my food out. Management is not doing it's job and it shows.
