I came into the drive-through Thursday morning around 1:30 AM worker was very rude though the intercom my soda was flat and food taste horrible and my french fries were upside down so they were scattered all over my food and when I put all my french fries in the box. It wasn’t even halfway full. Seems like they did this in purpose. After all this problem They also didn’t provide a receipt, which really piss me off because there’s a lot of scams going on with credit card fraud. So I called to complain to the manager immediately I recognized his voice over the phone that hand me my food thru the drive-thru and he lied to me on over the phone, saying that he was working in the back and it wasn’t him that hand me my food but it was the same manger Danny he shouldn’t be a manager in the beginning, lying to customers so I asked to speak to his general manager and he said that they would be in on Friday and hung up on me. I called this Friday The phone rang and someone pick up didn’t say anything and just hung up on me beginning I called again immediately back a woman picked up I asked if I could speak with a GM or manager she said she was the manager, which just got done hanging up on me first time I called and another very rude employee there at this location being hung up on by this manager female so I’m no longer gonna complain to the general manager here anymore I’ll be calling to report this to the better business bureau to explain why they’re not providing receipts, and why they lying to their customers after paying full price for service to have Unprofessional service from the same managers that don’t correct there problems smh I will never go to this McDonald’s location again!!

I literally JUST went to order. I got a double cheeseburger NO MUSTARD NO KETCHUP. The put extra ketchup and they didnt even put pickles or onions or anything else... they had 2 cars including me in the drive thru it's really not that hard to make a burger right. Yall gotta pay attention because it has happened multiple times it's honestly annoying.

This McDonald’s has seen a steady consistent decline in quality and service over the years. You’re oftentimes told to pull into their parking lot after the drive thru because they don’t have your order ready on time and mobile order isn’t any better as it can usually take over 10 minutes for them to bring your food out, even if you place your order well in advance. To make things worse this location’s prices are some of the most outrageous I’ve ever seen, $5.00 plus tax for just a large fry!! Although I don’t recommend McDonald’s in general, if you must go to one please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.
