Ordered a hot n spicy and the sandwich tasted old and the lettuce was brown and slimy. The chicken patty itself tasted stale. I called to notify the manager just incase it would happen to someone else and they dismissed the concern and hung up on me. Overall was rude even the cashier in the drive thru.

11/18/2024 i’ve been to this mcdonald’s a couple times at midnight after work in the past two weeks i have seen the same young man at the window multiple times and he is always incredibly welcoming, respectful, and always has a great attitude.

I went through the drive thru and waited about 20 minutes the workers took for ever they even got are order wrong they are not even trained properly DO NOT COME HERE!

I hate coming here sometimes today I didn’t have my car so ordered delivery however they gave me and my kids cold hard fries and the chicken nuggets aren’t done at all smh I am also pregnant smh to give someone undercooked food is disgusting fries so hard terrible place
Not that I expected a whole lot from a local McDonald's location dime a dozen right but I did have one particular instance where I came in to use my points and got a free MC frappe and also order your burger with it this turned into a 30-minute wait just for the drink

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. Upon arrival, we were not greeted, and the first thing we noticed was how dirty the restaurant was—food and napkins all over the floor and tables that hadn’t been cleaned.
The bathrooms were even worse, with unsanitary conditions including poop on the toilet seats and urine stains on the floor and walls. The sinks were broken and barely worked, which is unacceptable.
When we finally received our order, several items were missing, and the toys given to our kids were incorrect. When I asked for replacements, the staff reluctantly agreed but never followed through. I stood at the counter for five minutes without any acknowledgment, which left me feeling ignored.
I understand this isn’t a five-star restaurant, but basic cleanliness and customer service should be expected, especially when we’re paying for our meals. It’s clear that the franchise owner doesn’t care about maintaining the restaurant or supporting their employees. I won’t be returning to this location or any McDonald's in the near future.
