This place is set up like a prison. No one is at the counter and you have to order your food via computer. You don’t have access to the fountain drinks, straws, napkins, etc

 nothing but walls and chairs.

I will keep this updated , this mcdonalds sucks, EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAILURE, they manage to park me, this morning I got nothing but attitude when I wanted to add two items at the window because the speaker is sitting there rushing at the box, sighs and huffs and puffs like a child because she has to do her job ....

We pulled off the freeway to get dinner. I preserved at the machine and it printed a receipt to cash pay at the register. I stood at the register 15 minutes with no one saying hello. I leaned into the service area and yelled hello. There was 6 people working in the back and it took me yelling 6 times before 1 stopped ignoring me and asked if I was picking up an order. I explained I just needed to pay. 💰 I hate going to mcDonald’s since they put in these machines. First, the staff and service are so avoidant. Secondly, it takes 10 times as long to order and get food.

The ice cream machine is always broken. I have to drive to another McDonald’s to get a simple ice cream cone. I also have to pay sometimes cash only in 2025

Waited in the Drive Thru and could hear workers cussing at each other through the speaker. Was never helped. Moved on to the next window and I guess they didn't realize I could hear them. Ended up leaving without getting anything and so did the car behind me. Extremely unprofessional. You are getting paid to work, atleast do your job correctly.

Waited at the front counter for 20 minutes to get a refill. Employees knew I was there waiting but chose to ignore me. I can hear the supervisor and others workers laughing. Finally when one employee came to the front, I asked for a refill... She said okay turned around went to the back and never came with the drink. Horrible service

I think breakfast should be served at up to 1130. I like to eat my breakfast later in the day night before 1030.

It was a little after 8pm and I tried to order an Oreo McFlurry and they told me they weren’t selling ice cream anymore even though I watched the person directly in front of me get TWO McFlurrys. I even asked about it at the window and the person said I’m not sure but they aren’t selling them anymore. It’s just frustrating because this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location.

I was charged 2x for my order and I’ve tried to call the restaurant for 1 week straight and nobody ever answers the phone. This location is not close to my home so I can’t just drive over but it’s so frustrating.

I will give 3 stars for effort of the service provided.

I had ordered food from this location. I was wanting to do a 10 piece chicken nugget meal but within the app it was only allowing me to purchase breakfast which I had no issue with. I ordered a breakfast egg and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and coke for $10 plus tax. Now you would think when you pay this amount, you are going to get what you paid for right. NOPE. Tell me why when my food was delivered to me, they gave me the large coke, but it was only half way...Not to mention I didn't even have a meal in the bag either. I paid $15 dollars for half a cup of coke soda, and no food. I called the store very furious in hopes to cuss someone out because that is very petty and beyond me to provide service as such.

I called and Bree the store manager had answered and she was very puzzled herself but very understanding. She shared that they currently weren't serving breakfast anymore and I can come in to replace the order with a meal. I explained to her that it shouldn't be necessary for me to come in and my meal should have been made appropriately. She apologized and said it is the best she can do for the moment. I ended up stopping by as it was close to my job, and was able to get a meal that I wanted which was great. The service and kind gesture from Bree was greatly appreciated and very respectful and she did not need to do that. As I do appreciate this kind gesture, staff as such who put customers through that need to be held accountable and be properly trained. That is not okay nor professional.

When are the robots coming, if you don’t order from the app or drive thru and just sit down for a moment well this place will for get you. Terrible service, crew doesn’t want to be there..yeah the elderly don’t like apps, one should take the time to help one another, but I guess that’s life at min wage, right? đŸ€Šâ€â™‚ïž come on copro do better for them
