Horrible customer service especially the manager on duty. Mobile order sitting in counter till I went in to see why the delay! No toys for kids meals. Manager responded that they told everyone. I made a mobile order. I asked why my food was just sitting there. Her response was they have a new person in charge of mobile orders. I said who is training or overseeing? Horrible never going to this McDonald’s again

They do their best and tbh if you're going to McDonald's I'm sure you don't expect five star but I'm getting kinda sick of them not listening when I say extra ice in my drinks and how the edges of all my burgers are dry. Meat and bun included. I need to go back to just ordering my coffee bc I'm never impressed anymore 😭 at least their all nice to me when I go.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds and mcdonalds workers they have no respect and have an extreme attitude. This morning after a very tiring shift i decide to place a mobile order at this specific mcdonalds and i WISH i did not. Every time i come here it is always the worst possible outcomes. Not to mention the specific encounter i had this morning the lady sounding (from what i assume a hispanic young lady) gave the worst customer service to me and did not even once help me with the process of a refund. Who ever manages this mcdonalds please do betterr!!!!! I have worked in fast food and i completely understand that issues may occur but your employees need to learn more respect.

Worst customer service ever! Would not start my order at all after waiting 20 minutes for my food, took money out of my account and the manager said it was impossible to give me my food because it didn't pop up on the screen several employers and the manager treated me like crap.
This location is consistently getting you through the drive-thru as quickly as possible and making you wait 10 to 15 minutes outside for your food.

Terrible experience. The female employee threw soda at my car because I asked her why the drinks didn’t have ice. And she started giving me attitude. So disrespectful, it’s not my fault she works a shitty job like McDonald’s. I feel sorry for her. Do not come to the McDonald’s on 83rd and Indian school. She might throw soda at your car too. 😐

Even getting 2 ice cream cones is a hard task paid for 2 only got 1 drive thru person kept saying it was only one until I showed her the receipt and then tells me to park in the front. I guess it takes longer to serve an ice cream cone than to make a burger. 12/5/25

What is wrong with this McDonald’s? This is the second time I’ve ordered a EGG McMuffin and only to get home and see they didn’t even put an egg on it?! Just cheese and ham? Once I thought it was a fluke, but twice? What a joke.
