You need better protocols every time I order something online It’s missing an item on my order this is getting out of hand it’s ridiculous

This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever went to.. never do they get my order right. They charged me for a shake then made me wait outside for 15 mins. I had to go inside for them to tell me it isn't working . Ok then give me a refund.. ya they said they couldn't .are u serious right now.. I do not recommend the McDonald's on 83rd Ave and Indian school to anyone!! Horrible customer service

I didn't like how MC Donald is doing not having people attending the cash registers we have to put in our order because ,why customers have to learn the menu and being a cashier, I go there because my kids,but I told them we need to start going to Burger King wherever. Are MC Donald sending paychecks to customer for being cashiers?

Really just shut down all McDonald’s. Had to honk for them to start taking orders. None of them are open that say they are and when they are open they don’t have FRESH french fries and they’re not taking rewards and it’s cash only.

Drive thru was closed so I had to go in the lobby at 335am. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food just for them to reheat my cold fries and tell me their system was down and they couldn’t give me a .25 cent Mac sauce that you can’t order through the app so I always ask when I get there. So I go outside in the rain and then I come back with a quarter and she doesn’t even ring it up. What? She might be stealing. This was on 3/7/25 with a little girl with glasses and one braid. Terrible customer service. I didn’t get my food till 4:05am. It’s a shame I had to keep asking for stuff cus they couldn’t get my order right. Two Mexican girls with glasses were working and they were BOTH difficult.
