I come here daily. McDonald's is McDonald's. Need I say more ? Great staff , clean restrooms, all round good place. Management is well trained . It reflects off the way the staff acts. Great service and usually very quick.

3 time ordering Uber eats and they either don’t give me the right drink or missing an item but also they don’t put the sauce in there when I pay for it they are the worst customer service and always in a bad mood

Order 3 med Ice coffee. One regular, 2nd extra syrup and 3rd only 2 pumps of syrup. They are charging me for the extra pump only cuz they don't whant to substitute the onethat I am not using on coffee 3rd. Little girl came out apparently the Manager, she can't help. Normally come here today i have a special request that y were not able to handle. Not coming back

They get the order wrong alot , but I still go here . Sometimes there is a long wait for your food to come out to the car when you order thru the drive thru , or online in the app . But I still go here .

I'm frustrated that our hard earned money is wasted on individuals that could care less about their customers dissatisfaction. Why have an app to pre-order if it takes longer to get it. In fact. I was asked to pull into a space and they would bring my order out 15 minutes later still no order. I go in and complain and they laugh at me. No Karen here bad service means no customer. I had spent 100.00 today at 2 different McDonald's. 1st one was great but a different location. 107th ave and Indianschool does not care If your mad. My food was on the lobby counter getting cold. I have 5 children and sonic it will be going forward. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star by the non concern I received today. They were literally laughing at me. This is not the 1st time they had done this. My last visit was the same but I was not as upset as this time. Get it together mcdonalds crew at 107th Indianschool rd. We work hard for our money and for it to cost me 100.00 to feed my family I deserve better service. One last thing customers still deserve good service continue behaving this way you will lose them and there are other mcdonalds that do better by us. I've never been so 😡.
