I don't care or want free food. I don't care if it pisses someone off. If I pay for a burger a certain way I expect to receive it the way I customized it. The fact that I received someone elses burger on my plate, which both I and this lady went to the counter at the same time. We had to hand over our burgers for them to take them around the corner rewrap them and still gave us the wrong burgers again. I'm livid. Someone else touched and then retouched this food. Like I said in the beginning I don't want free food I want the food I ordered and if the workers mess that up then they need to fix the mistake. I'm absolutely livid and will not be returning to this underwhelming serviced McDonald's.

I have been here few times , but this time I dine in I order a quarter pounder with cheese they brought my order to the table they gave me ketchup so i when up to the guy and asked for some ketchup and not to judge but Obviously you know when a dude likes guys lol this dude literally told me you welcome daddy after thanking him for giving me ketchup I asked for like come on keep it to your self second the meat of the burger wasn't fully cooked it had pink on it and cheese like omg horrible

The Hispanic young lady worker that works the early shift on Saturday morning (Anna) Has the best customer service skills ever! She is very multitask and has a positive attitude all the way around. Although the lines are long and make sure that people get their orders and get them accurate. Somehow someway, she’s able to take orders at the register and help people work the kiosk system and navigate through the long lines quickly and effectively! This lady deserves a raise! She’s making that McDonald’s look very well!

So I’m dealing with this crew-member named Sebastian really rude and aggressive, saying I’m a big baby only because I asked for a specific McDonald’s member at that location that knows how to make the iced coffee really good his attitude was really disgusting. He shouldn’t even be working there.
