Why have a drive thru if I gotta pull into a spot and wait 10 minutes

This is the wrost McDonald’s to ever go to. Any time of day. They never have food ready. Every single person who goes through the drive through waits outside on the side for 20 minutes. Have fries ready, have nugs ready, be active and not having people wait in 100 degree weather every single time they come to this location. Sucksssssss!

Slow service terrible management
This unfortunately is my neighborhood McDonald’s that I have regularly frequented with no issues. There is a common influx of homeless traffic that are in and out of this place. I understand staff has to address certain things regarding stealing soda etc. But there is a lead or supervisor there that has poor customer service and borderline bully when it comes to talking to people. I just left there after being accused of “screenshotting “ mobile order. What?! Say it loud enough for everyone to hear, instead of trying to understand what the issue is that my mobile order is not appearing on your screen. I was a regular customer that arrives in car or foot with or without my child. I am not homeless or steal anything and I am not disrespectful to staff. In fact, there are some excellent employees working there that I have personally given great feedback on in the survey receipts. Too bad they have to work for this lead or supervisor who needs to be reprimanded and provide apology before I consider returning as a customer. The lead or supervisor had said openly to a customer that he doesn’t like being disrespected, well neither do I! Upper management, the incident happened an hour ago today’s date with plenty of witnesses.

Look - something needs to get done about this McDonald’s. TOO MANY bad reviews over the past year but fine I will share my experience I had in person- note this:
I’ve lived near this place over 5 years, never had trouble really, however this past year alone has been a HUGE decline in its food and apparently service! A couple weeks ago I came in ordered food via drive thru, very very busy mind you; had to go pull to the front where it was crowded. Waited a while, seen a young girl walk past my car with seemingly my food. Sure enough, she ended up coming to my vehicle , approached me with a ugly look on her face and then complained to me saying with attitude that she can’t see my ticket number that’s all “scrunched” up on my side mirror, let her know their staff placed it, not me 😆 I grabbed my food, went to check it and check for sauces, by the time I looked up she was heading back inside therefore I got out of my vehicle stood at the counter and waited for someone else to come by, she apparently was behind me then said “get out of the walk way” I turned and said excuse you and she then walked past me to go behind the counter. I then saw a manager and called to him and mentioned loudly that the young lady's service was utterly rude and unacceptable, he then chuckled a bit and did not say anything to me no apology or anything and then I heard the young lady state she wasn't being rude and that she asked me to “please move out of the way” and that she didn't demand me to get out of the walk way and continued to talk to make excuses instead of taking accountability so since the manager was being dismissive and chuckled at me instead of acknowledging and assisting me; I then addressed her directly confirming she was indeed very rude to me outside and then inside and that it’s not okay how she is treating me because she may be having a bad day and additionally I let her know I am going through stuff in life and that I am NOT treating anybody that way and let her know she will not disrespect me and talk to me that way etc etc ended it with have a better day and God Bless…. Requested my sauces I asked for at the window and left.

I don't recommend come here , because I been waiting 15 minutes out in drive thru to pickup my food, then I enter inside and the food was already ready.
It took 45 minutes to get my food even though I ordered online 15 minutes before getting there

I waited 30 minutes for chicken nuggets.the incompetence at McDonald's is getting worse. The chicken nuggets were great they are just well the chicken nuggets are flavorless without the sauce to be honest but still pretty good, for 7 Bucks. The hot spicy is always a win. You can't go wrong with a triple cheeseburger (where sold). The playcenter is meant for 3 year olds and under but they have 7, 8 10-year-old kids in their trying to break and pull apart the playground equipment from the inside. Parents really need to pay attention to their monsters and check themwhen need be.

So terrible, I had went through the drive thru to order some food and got greeted with a person who has the worst attitude problem ever like if you don’t like your job don’t work there, anyway terrible service i recommend going to the one on 91st and thomas or 67th and camelback

Worst place to come and eat, I got inside stan like 10 -15 minutes and they just look at me and turn around, they didn't ask if I was help or if I wanted to order, I told them if any body was going to take my order and they send me to order on the computer,definitely I won't come and eat in this place

The service was HORRIBLE, I stood at the register for 5 minutes, with workers Including the Manager walking around. No one acknowledged me. Anna gave me service, she did great. Then my order was Wrong, not a Big surprise, the Manager wouldn't talk to me about it. Again Anna came to the rescue and got it fixed.

I visited your McDonald’s located at 75th Ave in Phoenix on 7/23/25 at 9:30 am , and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The restaurant was in poor sanitary condition, and the staff was indifferent, unfriendly, and lacking basic hygiene standards.
Customer service was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive quality service. Please take the necessary steps to improve both staff conduct and cleanliness. Thank you.
