Do not order from this location if you're looking for good customer service. They don't get your order correct then talk about you as if its your fault plus there's a heavy set woman who turned her back towards me and opened the wrapping without gloves to make sure the sandwich was made correctly on top of that the sandwich was dry.

Went into this McDonald's and ordered lunch and it was horrible in so many ways burger had way to much ketchup.. chicken strips tasted like they have been sitting for awhile , my fries when I 1st ordered where stale and you could see they had been sitting , when asked for a new fry it was the same thing stale ... And this was found in the hot and spicy we ordered I will not be going back to this McDonald's... It was a waste of money Only good thing was my sweettea

Well I had placed an order for 5meals, i had made sure to make them all plain cheeseburgers, I get to the mcdonalds to pick up my order, they are all not plain, usually it's not a problem when they mess up but this person here, she refused to give her name and refused ti give us her general managers name, what could have been a quick okay let's fix this and be on your way turned into oh no, I'm not fixing this and no I'm not refunding you.. like lady none of this is coming out of your pockets there's no need to make this more than it is.. here's the wonderful lady that mcdonalds needs to have a sit down with... I have video of her but won't let me post.. Update: thank u to the area supervisor, corporate for reaching out to us & the shift lead Edgar for being so nice & making our refund quick & easy especially apologizing on her behalf, she seen us and ran to the back of the restaurant 😒 it's ok we got this tiny issue resolved

So why did I pull up chillin and a whole bunch of girls come at me crazy talking about “we don’t have this” “we dont have that” naming the whole menu, then when I get to the window she talm bout “oh we dont have that either would u like ice cream” after I asked for da first😂😂 They got all pressed when me and my partna was talking TO OURSELVES and thwy started talking crazy ONCE AGAIN!! “Im quit this job bla bla blaaa” and having all ur other luh coworkers come look at us crazy at the window😭If you don’t want ur job theres MANY people who will thats what comes w working fast food ESPECIALLY MCD🤦🏽♂️
