I'm not sure why I keep coming back here. The service is always slow. The food is cold by the time I get it. And there is always something missing from my order. Ordering ahead in the app doesn't help either. You still wait more than 10 minutes after you arrive to get the food.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, burger, and paid extra for their new creamy chili sauce, and asked for ketchup. Waited a long time and when I received my order, I asked if the sauce was in the bag, she told me yes, when I got home there was no sauce, this has happened multiple times. I hate checking the back thoroughly while I’m in the drive-through line because I don’t hold up the line any more.

Ordered a burger and chicken strips. Had me pull around. It took literally 20 minutes at that point before they brought out my food, wasting my entire lunch break and making me late for work.

Horrible service there is no reason why I should have to wait 10 minutes out front for my food that's from the drive-through. Then I went in to get my food and they didn't have my food correct so I had to go back in again and then they were rude to me. Now I will be giving a call to corporate because the workers in there were so dang rude to me.

I am editing now after reading all the reviews and most with the same experience going back months-so-if the problem isn't getting fixed-i wonder ARE you reading these or do you just not care?? leaves me to believe we are all wasting our time writing these. I will no longer be parked to save your drive-thru times. Everytime I am parked-something is missing and I end up having to go in-kinda takes away the convenience of a drive-thru-dont you think? And if your parking me for 10 minutes, why us my food cold? I also think that being handed my change back or my drink without you looking at me or even acknowledging me is rude and would a 'thank you' kill you?? Do you not realize that you would have no salary without customers?? There are many other burger joints that are happy to help me and take my money-i will not be spending it at your location anymore.

Don't like McDonald's anymore my best place to get a great meal is at Whataburger or Burger King because McDonald's is not the same anymore. But there still be people that will stop there but not me again more

This store is horrible! When their drive thru is busy, they completely ignore the customers in the lobby. When you try to get someone's attention, they completely ignore you! Don't have the lobby open if your staff can't handle both!

I really don’t wanna say this.. But thy worst place of timing of waiting for our food. I’ve been sitting here for about 20mins I order my food at about 4:41pm an rn it’s 5:05pm still nothing. Either this places needs new management or some re-directions of how speed the process up. Just terrible
