There is absolutely no possible way this place has a 3-star rating if you look at the vast 1-star ratings majority. Happy Meals here are a ripoff — they were out of the Happy Meal boxes so the meal was placed in the regular brown bag and the “toy” was one leftover from more than half a year ago, but of course they don’t mention either when you purchase it, at least they should have stated that during the order. Toddler was disappointed.

I can literally hear the staff just laughing it up and playing way too much until they had a line of upset costumers then they scrabbled. Like who the hell is running this store??? I was trying to enjoy my lunch at this McDonald’s location and witnessed behavior that was extremely disturbing. An employee named Patty (possibly short for Patricia) appeared to be racially profiling customers and treating anyone who was not Hispanic with clear disrespect and hostility.
She was aggressively snatching food orders, rudely tossing food to customers, and treating delivery drivers with unnecessary nastiness, making it difficult for them to do their jobs. This behavior was not applied consistently - customers who appeared to be Hispanic were not treated the same way. She also made rude facial expressions toward certain customers, which only added to the discomfort.
McDonald’s is a brand that claims to value respect and customer service, so witnessing this was shocking and clearly inconsistent with those standards. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed, as no customer or service provider should be treated this way. It was upsetting to witness and should not be repeated.

If you can avoid this area do so at all cost. Last time I was at this location there was a bum fight outside and they were really going at it. They also found someone dead nearby recently. What a dump. McDonald’s customer service is rarely worth your money.

The best costumer service we had ever had at McDonald Courtney was so professional and knowledgeable fun respectful and such alive spirit she made our day five stars thank you we will come back even do we live out in 20 minutes away

Zero stars....Came on Christmas with my family for breakfast. Waited over an hour In the lobby for my food to be ready. Mostly door dasher were inside also waiting for a long time. Manager carmen comes in and promos someone off a free breakfast sandwich. When I ask her to check my order because I've been waiting over an hour!!! She tells me they can't make my breakfast because breakfast was over... but her friend can get breakfast? They also clear their screens to have better times which is crazy, putting stickers over all the pie equipment, super unorganized. She tells me to find the order on my app, which is now timed out because it's been over an hour and they clear their screen. Now my app thinks I picked up the order, which is not true. I ask her for a refund for my $38 dollars and she said she can't. Okay so waste over an hour of my time on Christmas... and take my money and not return it. Then some dude in the lobby tried to fight my husband because your employees can't make things right with us when we tried to express things weren't right. I ask for corporates phone number and she hands me a receipt with the store number... corporate will be called, I want my money back and will stay far away from your store. The fat dude with the crown on his neck told me for over an hour my order was still being worked on. Way to go mcdonalds, thanks for upsetting a family of 4 and robbing me of my money.

If I could leave no stars, I will leave no stars. Pulled up to the mcdonald's this morning placed and ordered ten minutes before ten thirty, and they had told me that they had already decided to stop selling breakfast. Refused to give me my money back and said I had to wait up to 24 hours on Christmas day. Instead of offering an alternativeThe girl that was taking my order at the drive through decided to disconnect her headset and continue on to the next customer in the other lane. Very unprofessional.
Honestly one of the better locations i've been to very clean, and friendly.

The last few times I’ve came to this location something has been wrong. They cancelled my order a few weeks ago and never refunded me. I’m missing cheese and an entire nugget. I don’t think imma go back to this location. at this point I rather drive further away then return here again. Only thing they got right was my fries and drink lol

i come to this mcdonald’s quite often as it’s right next to my home but almost every single time i come i’m stuck waiting almost 30 minutes. i also work fast food but this is absolutely ridiculous. waited at the order box in drive thru for almost 10 minutes before someone said anything, ordered 2 things ($5 hot n spicy and $6 mcdouble) and i’m currently parked and have been parked for almost 20 minutes now. not to mention they always forget sauces!!! that i pay extra for!!! if you go inside and try to get help you will be ignored. absolutely ridiculous to be honest.
