Poor service. Argued about giving syrup to go with my pancakes. Gave me Sprite with no syrup, Just carbonation twice. I explained they need to change to the BIB.

Literally the worst McDonald's you can go to. Don't waste you time, patience or money! The food is always cold, orders always wrong, staff is usually rude.

Most McDonaldâs now when using the drive through they think pushing us out of the drive through line and into a parking spot makes them faster or more efficient since we arenât technically in line anymore. You know how many times they straight up forgot about me and just never come out with my food. I end up having to actually go inside and wait another 5 minutes for them to give me my cold food. I get it more people are helped but I donât understand why they make me go to the parking space when I at times was the ONLY person in the drive through.

They take too long not good
This McDonaldâs sucks. They always have you park even if you have a small order and still manage to get your order wrong. I highly recommend not coming to this location. Very disorganized, rude, food is always stale and old. Waited 45 minutes for 12 breakfast sandwiches. Coming from someone who use to work in the fast food industry they suck and can never get anything right.

A lady manager who refused to give me her name confirmed my mobile order to save her time on her metrics and this removed the mobile code from my app as they completed the order. I explained this to them and they told me to âleave and come back when I can afford foodâ it shouldnât have taken the police to tell her she was in the wrong to get food I paid for. Absolutely disgusting.

Very rude and unprofessional. When i arrived the door was locked and a female working was laying on the font counter and came to door and stated the lobby was closed at 8pm and registers was down but was taking orders in drive thou she stated to place a mobile order. I request to use self service machine was refused and door closed on me. Very rude and unprofessional.

the food was good. But the customer service is too worst . They won't respond to you. You need to wait for a long time. The staff are busy in gossiping rather than working. Im really pissed with the customer service in McDonald's

The McDonald's app states that they stop serving dinner at 3:59 a.m., so I mobile-ordered my food around early 3 so I could get something to eat. By the time I got there, everyone was waiting in line for about 15 minutes. After that, they decided to tell everyone in line that they were no longer serving dinner even after taking orders and making some people pay. This is utterly ridiculous. Why pay workers who do not want to do their job? It is always something with this McDonald's or the one at 43rd and thunderbird. You come after midnight and it is "drinks only" or "no food right now" or something else. They do not want to work they want to sit around. Take your money elsewhere

Worst location to go to, manager has a bad ass attitude and was very rude when I asked them why they couldnât sub my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin with bacon when I went to pay but as I was ordering they said I could, waited in line for about 10 mins just to get to the pay window and they read my order back incorrectly I said bacon instead of sausage, the worker was quiet and says I can speak to manager about it sheâs the one who changed it, I said yes please, the manager comes and instantly has an attitude before I even ask my question, she said because the reward only offers for sausage I said well I get this same breakfast from other locations through the valley (im a Uber eats driver) and never had any issue substituting sausage for bacon even with the same reward the Manager says âoh well I donât know what to tell you better luck somewhere else cause Iâm not doing that hereâ like excuse me? If I was inside the lobby and not drive thru she would have got slapped up honestly thatâs how disrespectful her tone and delivery was when I had a simple question. So I went over to 27th ave and thunderbird and got exactly what I wanted with the same reward and no issues and great customer service, timely getting orders out !!! Stay away from this location
