Ordered a chicken sandwich, burger, and paid extra for their new creamy chili sauce, and asked for ketchup. Waited a long time and when I received my order, I asked if the sauce was in the bag, she told me yes, when I got home there was no sauce, this has happened multiple times. I hate checking the back thoroughly while I’m in the drive-through line because I don’t hold up the line any more.
Gone to this one twice now and had great service each time. Had to wait in the parking lot for my order at the drive thru to be brought out but it came out quickly, order all there and food got.
Most McDonald’s now when using the drive through they think pushing us out of the drive through line and into a parking spot makes them faster or more efficient since we aren’t technically in line anymore. You know how many times they straight up forgot about me and just never come out with my food. I end up having to actually go inside and wait another 5 minutes for them to give me my cold food. I get it more people are helped but I don’t understand why they make me go...
