Absolutely hands down the best McDonald's experience i have had in Phoenix. The gentlemen working the front was taking orders, walking orders to cars waiting in the drive- thru and came to our table. He inquired and how our meal was if we needed anything and he even refilled our sodas. He deserves recognition and a raise.

No one in the drive through, but I had to park and wait 10+ minutes for two mcchickens and a medium fry. That alone was fine. It was around 9 pm so I understand if they aren’t fully staffed so it takes more time. However, the food comes out and the fries are stale, cold, and hard. I asked for new fries and had to wait another 5+ minutes for hot fries that were still hard and tasted stale. I’m not sure if they just heated up the fries I handed back, but they were definitely not fresh. The two mcchickens were so dry and chewy that the meat had empty cracks in it and was maybe a quarter of an inch thick. Both had a whisper of lettuce and were cold. I don’t have high expectations for any mcDonalds but this was just sad.

I've been coming to this location for years. I have to say the service is amazing. I had a little error on my order and I kindly addressed it and the manager was so very sweet and nice she apologized and fixed my order. The amazing energy she has given me is amazing. She has displayed great customer service. I know sometimes things happen but the best thing was that she understood my concern and made it better. Great experience of service and quality food 👌

Ordered 3 kids meals 30 minutes ago, (1)4 pc nugget meal and (2)6 pc. Just got home to find out that the (2) 6 pcs were packaged as 6pcs but inside were 4 nuggets. Very unfortunate.
