I've been coming to this location for years. I have to say the service is amazing. I had a little error on my order and I kindly addressed it and the manager was so very sweet and nice she apologized and fixed my order. The amazing energy she has given me is amazing. She has displayed great customer service. I know sometimes things happen but the best thing was that she understood my concern and made it better. Great experience of service and quality food 👌

Ordered 3 kids meals 30 minutes ago, (1)4 pc nugget meal and (2)6 pc. Just got home to find out that the (2) 6 pcs were packaged as 6pcs but inside were 4 nuggets. Very unfortunate.

I ordered a cold coffee with extra espresso. They charged me for that service. It's fine, but instead of extra espresso, they added extra caramel.

If I could give this place no star I would. I’ve been to this location a couple times and every time there’s been over a 30 minute wait! I’ve spoke with other customers while waiting and they express the same pain. It doesn’t matter what you order, what time, whether you do drive thru or go inside, if they’re busy or not… you will be waiting. It’s Extremely frustrating; they should honestly just shut the place down since they apparently do not have the capability to operate the establishment.

(further updated review) I was in a hurry and decided to give it another go because I run my life on hope and extra chances. It was a poor choice. Walked in at 7:23 pm to a fairly empty lobby and ordered two happy meals. Nothing crazy in the grand scope of things. It took 23 flipping minutes to fill my order. I sat there as I watched their poor excuse of a work crew scroll on their phones and look completely oblivious as to what it is they are supposed to be doing. My only solace came in the form of the manager. I was unfortunately mistaken as all I got were empty promises and apologies. Sadly, she was happy to stand around and talk to her scrolling coworkers. Seriously guys, what the hell is going on here? Oh...the order was wrong too.
(Apologies for the long read) I'm editing my previous review because I've decided to give it another chance. As I pulled up to the drive thru I was met with a glitching menu that stuttered the screen every half second or so. We were going to back out but got blocked in by another car. Somebody eventually popped into the speaker. It was clear that it was broken as well, the person sounded very quiet and robotic. After a minute or so of trying to understand each other we tried to ask if we could just come up to the window and order. The person on the other end didn't like that and decided that all he needed to do was yell into the mic to fix the problem. It didn't fix the problem. After a great deal of back and forth we made it to the window to find out that our order was never put in. The girl at the window took our order in a matter of seconds. I'm sure it comes to not a single person's surprise that upon receiving our order, it was wrong. We got home to realize that they didn't even give us the correct food and what they did give was a mix of overcooked and old stuff. I checked the receipt to be sure I ordered correctly. I did. It was at this point that I also noticed that I was overcharged. Also, the guy at the pick up window was a jerk. Also also, you suck, McDonald's on 28th Ave and Thunderbird.
(Previous review) Worst mcdonald's I've ever been to. Staff is generally rude and more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. The food is subpar as well. On many occasions I have been treated to food that had clearly been sitting around for a while.
