My husband and I went to this McDonald’s through the drive thru. The girl at the ordering station wasn’t listening to what we were ordering. She didn’t repeat it back to us to make sure what we ordered was correct. She told us to pull forward. The guy at the first window didn’t give us a receipt. The last guy at the order window handed our food rudely to us, there wasn’t any dipping sauce in the bag, so we then went inside to go to the restroom and get our dipping sauces, there was no one there at the front window and 3 people were waiting. She came back , and we asked for the code to go to the restroom and the girl was rude giving it to us. When it was our turn to get helped, another girl took a very long time to give us our dipping sauce that we didn’t get when we first ordered. We were not happy with the service. We felt like an inconvenience than a customer.

Bad place, bad people, bad service. Every time I’ve ordered food from this McDonald’s (Dining in & Drive Thru) I’ve got my order wrong, staff have been rude, and or food is cold. Mc Donalds should really consider shutting this place down and or hiring better people.

The employees here suck and are so rude and unprofessional god forbid you ask them for anything extra they either act like they cant hear or just dont give u it at all .no customer service skills at all I get its mcdonalds but dude at least do your job.

Your information on Google is incorrect. "Open 24 Hours". I found out today that you mean to say "Open 24 hours but not serving food for all of those hours" 410AM, sit in the drive thru for 3 minutes with nobody saying anything. When I said "hello?" I got a lovely voice that respond "hel yu". I asked for 2 sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins and was told "yes, pull for". Another 3 minutes watching the team talk and laugh as i sot at window 1. The lady finally opens the window and says "I sorry, no breyfas, machine off". I'm assuming she meant something was broken or not working vs they just turned stuff off to avoid having to do their jobs as they screwed around. Not sure as she was pretty hard to understand. And the worst part, I didn't even get pushed to use the App so you cam track and sell my information with full access to my phone. Although bummed as this was one of my two times a year to treat myself with McDonald's poison. Guess I'll just get one dose of fake, chemical infused, plastic to eat this year.

Although bummed I'm not surprised. It is the service industry in America and the worst of the worst when it comes to companies that will employ a broom to handle their customer service. You met my expectations McDonald's. Thanks for reminding me why I avoid you. And for extending my life by preventing me from eating your poison today. Good looking out.

Nothing like checking your burger layer by layer for spit because of how pissed off the guy who had to remake my burger got when I asked for it to be remade. Every time I come here, I have to check my burger before I leave because it's never made right. All I ever want is a mcdouble with extra onions no pickle and add mayo. Yeah. That's me. I'm the dude that has to have his burger remade every time he comes in. Except this is the first time I got the one that was made wrong chucked across my face into a trash bin that was less than 3 feet away.

Other than the waba-waba-waba order-taker, the cashier shouting my price over his music, the fries to tough to eat and cold, and a Big Mac that I had to reassemble myself, I assume I was charged the right price.

I ordered a # 1 in the drive thru 20 minutes ago. Cashier asked me if I wanted a medium or large. I said however it comes I will do that. I thought a small would be what I was ordering not up size to a large or medium. However you guys charged me for a large. A number 1 is not a large. Then I said whatever I will make sure I am specific when ordering next time ( I haven't been to McDonald's in 10 years ) if I do ever come back . The when I get home the large frys are more like small . The fry cup was not even half full. And to spend 10.46. bucks on this is really astounding. No wonder I haven't eaten at McDonald's in 10 years.

Always takes forever to get food, they never greet walkins . It's like they hate it so they just act like we are not there, until a customer flips out and then they will help maybe two people then bak to ignoring us.
