I always get great service in the drive through but the line was super long so decided to go in and order, who evers at the registure was super rude, and forgot my two kids apple juice that came in the happy meals. By the time i noticed we left and were super far to try and go back n get them.

I call and call, ither the phone rings until I hang up because no one answers or someone answers and says thank you for calling then hangs up! What is going on! This has been going on for 2 months...today I called twice and they answer the the 3rd call just to have some one pick up then hang up again?

I ordered online and we waited about 25 mins to receive our order when they sent a notification saying we had to go through the drive thru for it and when we let them know they couldnât find our order on their system & they had to take our order down again and they didnât give us our hash brown or Large coffee. We went back in the drive thru at let them know and they gave us a medium coffee and we told her we paid for a large & she said âayyy dios mioâ & literally just poured the medium cup into a large as shown in the picture and she gave us attitude and left us talking alone & when we showed her the receipt she said we were lying talking about she knew she gave us everything and didnât give us the hash brown that was paid for. Acting as if it was our fault for her not doing her job correctly!

Itâs a very standard, very serviceable McDonalds. Depending on when you visit, you may get a long line but the staff busts their butt to make sure it keeps moving. I havenât eaten inside so I canât speak to that, but honestly, what you see is what you get usually.

The staff is always very rude and unwelcoming. The managers are always unprofessional. Something is always wrong or missing from our order. Service is slow. One of the girls at the speaker is always very rude.
I got a happy meal went home and realized there was no toy I drove back in the Arizona heat and told them kindly that the toy was missing. The old lady worker working on july 13, 2025 at around 2:00pm called me a liar and told me it was ridiculous that she knows for a fact that she put the toy in there because she counts them? whatever that means. Why would I lie? Why would I drive all the way back in the Arizona heat after going home just to lie about not having a toy. completely unprofessional and rude. I always have issues with her. I regret not getting a refund. Even though its the closest mcdonalds to me I will not be coming here anymore. Id rather drive to a farther one in the AZ heat then to go here.
