It’s a very standard, very serviceable McDonalds. Depending on when you visit, you may get a long line but the staff busts their butt to make sure it keeps moving. I haven’t eaten inside so I can’t speak to that, but honestly, what you see is what you get usually.

Francis has always been a great work and make the greatest iced coffee and tea there since I’m a regular Brian welcome aboard great customer service skills in both of you deserve a meal of honor from McDonald’s. The staff is always very rude and unwelcoming. The managers are always unprofessional. Something is always wrong or missing from our order. Service is slow. One of the girls at the speaker is always very rude.
I got a happy meal went home and realized there was no toy I drove back in the Arizona heat and told them kindly that the toy was missing. The old lady worker working on july 13, 2025 at around 2:00pm called me a liar and told me it was ridiculous that she knows for a fact that she put the toy in there because she counts them? whatever that means. Why would I lie? Why would I drive all the way back in the Arizona heat after going home just to lie about not having a toy. completely unprofessional and rude. I always have issues with her. I regret not getting a refund. Even though its the closest mcdonalds to me I will not be coming here anymore. Id rather drive to a farther one in the AZ heat then to go here.

This place sucks for customer service , they got teenagers that don’t know how to act and especially the team lead they have is very disrespectful and has no professionalism .
I live in between two McDonalds and I prefer to go to this one. The drive thru service is way faster than the other location and my order is always right. I get working in fast food can be hectic at times, but these guys stay resilient from what I’ve seen. I will continue to come to this location.

I went last night to pick up a mobile order at midnight. In my order I had ordered 3 fries 2 small and 1 large. They were all cold. That is the worst thing going to a place and receiving what needs to be hot COLD. Never will I go back to this location. Totally disgusting place. My money to the trash but cause I sure did trash them. Who it’s cold fries. The only reason I didn’t go back it was midnight and they weren’t for me and found out when I arrived home and my kids told me. I’m just 4-5 minutes away.

The night shift manager needs to be fired. I have gone in 4 separate times at around 10pm and they refuse to accept orders at the speaker as the “only do DoorDash and online.” Normally I have no issue with this but their mobile app was also not working. When I asked to speak with the manager they came to the window already pissed off and when I asked why they couldn’t take orders their response was “we don’t take window orders after 9.” And when I asked if that was a regular policy I was laughed at and we got in a yelling match. At a certain point I would rather go to the McDonald’s in the Walmart across the street that is gross and sticky all the time.

They always get orders wrong, as if they don't listen to or can't understand what you're asking for. Instead of a Bacon QPC, you get QPC. Instead of an M&M Mc Flurry, you get an Oreo Mc Flurry. Its ridiculous at this point. Shut it down, fire everyone.
