I don’t know what happened to the McDonald’s standard but this whole store is completely dejected of it, I want to come to the store because of the deals and prices but everytime I try, it takes at least 8 minutes to no joke 20 minutes to get simple meal for myself and the food is so hit or miss but mostly miss. I’ve called and applied and would love to step in to try to correct course but they say they don’t need managers

Francis in the drive thru window is great. My order is right and she always says hello to my 17m old. You can always find a McDonald’s but I will go out of my to this one.

Horrible service, anytime I order I never get the food I paid for. EVERYTIME something is missing. These employees never check the orders before letting them leave the store. Do your job correctly people. Awful service

This location is a joke . How does pull forward for 20 minutes while they all sit around inside jack in their jaws . Drive-thru cleared out around us we reminded them we were there our food was cold tried to give us extra fries we sent the fries back and they refried the french fries I almost broke a tooth they were so hard didn't give us the sauce we asked for or the extra fries that they had thrown in for our wait...35$ and 30 mins sto choke down dry cold hamburgers and hard french fries ...and not a single Fuq2 give.Lame

Don't know what's taking them so long. Just waited for 10 mins in the drive thru line and we didn't move anywhere. Decided to back out and leave.

Waited at the counter for 5 min with not a single worker even acknowledging me there were others waiting as also at the pick up counter, but for an over all store that was not overly busy it there was no reason to not even greet or acknowledge your customers , so I left. This store is all ways just not functioning to the standards of the other stores. Always slow service always issues ringing up the orders or not the training to do so correctly. They need to think about restaffting or maybe better training for employees.
I get that they prioritize drive thru before curbside, but why must I wait almost half an hour for my food.

Where to begin, McDonald's used to be the fast food standard! Now I get served faster at a restaurant, then their drive thru. Typical wait time can be between 20-30 minutes, even if you place an online order. Next, don't get me started on the prices. A restaurant is cheaper now, and the quality of the food is below average. This is truly one of the worst McDonald's I've been too.
