Went through drive thru and got a lg unsweet ice tea and they gave me a sweet tea. So I pulled around and went in to ask them to change it to the correct thing. They agreed, but again gave me a sweet tea. When I told the lady it was sweet she told me I was wrong and walked away. Another person standing there looked and said laughing, they made it in the wrong machine again. So she said they would have to remake the unsweet tea. I waited and finally when it was done and was handed my iced tea 20 minutes later, it was left on the counter as I again did NOT want sweet tea.

the manager basically attacked my doordash driver from behind and snatched my food away from him. the doordasher had already confirmed the order before taking the food. the poor doordash driver sounded so scared, makes me feel so bad.

You get exactly what you expect with this McDonald’s. I love that they have brought back the two for five menu, and while I primarily stop for breakfast, I can see how this would be a great cost to save for lunch as well. Staff work hard to keep the line moving quickly through the drive-through, and I have never had an issue with my order. Depending on when you visit, the line can back up quite a bit, but that is primarily due to its location. The coffee is great, the fountain drinks a are always well carbonated and not lacking for syrup. Perhaps the best part is that this McDonald seems to be one of the few that has a functioning ice cream machine. You definitely can’t go wrong stopping at this location..

Whoever was working the first window at 6:50 PM on Monday needs a major attitude adjustment. The code wasn’t loading until I got to the window to pay for my food and when I told her that I had a code, she put out her hand in a demeaning manner asking for the code like I was supposed to give her my phone or something. If you’re working a minimum wage job, the least you could be is nice.

Food is good. Services good but on the other hand, they screw your order up sometimes. Then you have to turn around and go back in and get it corrected. They need to fix that
I bought like 10 burgers and 2 kids meals they only give me 5 ketchups so I asked for more and they gave me 2 more what type of service is that and like a 20 min wait
