They were very rushed and when at the window not asked if I needed any condiments or repeated order. Was told to pull over and wait and my coffee was given with attitude. I ask the manager for cream and sugar and made us wait 15 min before I got fed up and left. Just horrible customer service. On top of that we were the first car it was not busy at all.

Worst experience I was humiliated and treated bad by this employee trying to convince other employees to charge me extra for upgrading my drinks I have a full video of her childish behavior even my kids were laughing and questioning her behavior what embarrassment for the company

I went through the drive through today and the employee taking my order was rude! I ordered my meal with a large diet coke, she says that only comes with a small and we don't have diet coke. I say okay, give me diet dr pepper. I pull up to pay, no hello, no smile, no thank you, no have a nice day.....WOW!!! I wish her name was on the receipt so I can tell her she is gonna be okay! Life is really NOT THAT BAD!

Jungle gym was so dirty. No one bothered to clean it. I had to go tell someone to come clean my table. she just wiped the table and left. The whole floor had bunch of food thrown.

The drive thru headset worker is slow as hell i asked for hotnspicy only pickles he puts add pickle then at the window i proceed to tell him its plain and only pickles he marks it as plain

This place is a joke the are so slow and cannot follow simple directions the food is always made wrong
Easily the worst McDonald's and staff around. Every time you go to this location you have to wait forever for your food. Even when it is not busy. I sat in the parking lot for 35 minutes waiting for my food. Meal while the drive thru was dead and there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. And there were 4 different employees just leaning up chilling and running in and out to personal vehicles. The manager on shift (this happened at 9:30 PM on 3-13-25) was very rude and snarky even though she was not approached with attitude. The place is also always filthy and there are times that spills and such that go weeks without being cleaned in the jungle gym.

They never can seem to get the order quite right Been going to this location for almost 20 years because it's closest to where I'm often at. I'd say they're about 25% likely to get your food order wrong, and about 75% likely to get your drink wrong

I’ve never had a complete or correct order from this location. They forget entire meals, straws, napkins, sauce…etc. If you ask for ketchup, they give you 3-4 packets max, even if you ordered multiple combo meals.

Saturday if the line looks low it's not they have the entire drive thru parked in the parking lot to make the drive thru seem empty , I've watched my food get put in another customer car and had to let them know I wasn't taking food you just put in someone else's vehicle
