I've been going to this McDonalds for many years now and have felt that the service just keeps going down hill each time I visit. I always get the same thing each time I visit, AND something always seems to go wrong with my my order, something gets over cooked, missing the lettuce I asked to be added, buns are burnt, half my fries seem to be missing from the large FF box (this happen last time I went about two months ago), and now today error just pushed me over the edge to write this review ... I just went through the drive-thru at this McDonalds about 30 minutes ago. When I got home, I sat down, turned on my computer to watch a show, and settled in to enjoy my dinner and found that my #1 Big Mac combo order was missing the hamburger, NONE, and the bottom bun part was burnt - at least the FF box was full (glass half full). I tried calling this location, twice, to complain about this, but nobody even bothered to answered the phone, even though I let it ring several minutes each time. This is just unbelievable!

Easily one of the worst locations in the NW Valley. Last time I ordered a Big Mac with no onion... they gave me meat and bread only. No other toppings. Now a few weeks later, ordered a Big Mac with everything and they dumped a gallon of sauce on it and the patties were inedible because of how salty they were. Not to mention the drive thru ALWAYS makes you pull around to the front of the building and they take forever since they're no longer being timed on your order. Don't waste your money, and more importantly your time, at this location.

Everyone was so friendly when I came in on April 25, 2025, at 9:16pm. It’s not every day you come across a whole team that’s just very nice and sweet. The food was well McDonald’s but it was good McDonald’s not the dry McDonald’s, but honestly, it was everyone’s personalities that stood out—especially the lady at the front with the kind of curly, blond-ish hair. She really made my night. It’s so refreshing to see genuine people out in the world, and it’s even better when they’re the ones you get to interact with.

I frequent this location very often, 20+ years, so to feel as though my integrity is being questioned is not acceptable. The morning crew far exceeds the afternoon, which lacks customer service skills. Instead of questioning my honesty, a mere response as to what exactly needed replacing is what I would expect.
Can't go wrong with some family favorites and some quality time while the little ones play!! The food is always good here and the service was superior!

I ordered $30 worth of food, and only 2 of those items were medium fries my grandsons love their fries. I looked in the bag and the fry containers were LESS THAN half full by far and for the price of them I asked for them to be filled up please. I was told this was new standard policy after telling the gentleman that the fries are all my toddler grandsons eat he rolled his eyes took my bag removed the containers put more fries in but though he put too mush in I guess because he then used his fingers to remove a few and put them back in the warmer. This is on 37ave & union hills rd in Phx. Az. Just so ya know.
