If you want any kind of coffee drink, don’t expect to get it here. This place has no Frappuccino‘s, Espresso's or any regular coffee. Then was told to go to Circle K for coffee. So much for coffee, if I wanted Circle K coffee I would have gone there first!

It’s wild to me I have to write a review for a McDonald’s but here we are. Got breakfast, a couple of sausage breakfast burritos and a hash brown. Hash brown still frozen in the middle. The burritos were cold and the cheese un melted. I ordered with the hot picante then get to the window for the food and I’m told they only have mild sauce. That would have been useful info at the time I ordered because I would have made a different selection because eating a burrito with watery ketchup is not where it’s at. So ya the crew at this McDonald’s managed to screw up the most rudimentary tasks of food service. What’s up what a burger!

Waited 20 minutes for one sandwich in the drive-thru. Got so bad I actually called them to ask if they’d forgotten my order. Was very polite in asking my question, and I got hung up on instead. Not rush hour or anything — 7 PM on a Thursday. Ruined my baby’s sleep schedule. Management — instead of copy-pasting the same link to every negative review, DO SOMETHING. REPLY LIKE A HUMAN. Worst experience ever.

Why is dine in closed early usally i go in after work at 12:40am-1:20am and dine in is open but the past few weeks ive noticed they've closed inside earlier cause usally im there till 3am with my buddies but now were forced to use the drive through and eat our food in the parking lot out in the cold

It's McDonald's. Had to use the restroom. Their was 2 homeless guys doing drugs . McDonald's trys to keep them out , combo lock on the bathroom door . But they always get in
The customer service is unreal, the self order machine was not working so I walked up to the register where a heavy set woman whom I think was in charge just walked away and left me standing there for a good 5 minutes, terrible attitude, finally another employee took my order. A little while later my 3 year old needed the restroom and when I asked she had the worse attitude and walked as slow as she could, I mean she is like 250 pounds but my point is if you don’t like people get another job!!!!

Had issues at the ine closest to my apartment so tried this location and was even worse, ordered through the app just to be stuck waiting 15 for someone to say they're not accepting orders, couldn't get the app to cancel because the restaurant had already said they're working on it, employee I talked to was very rude and not helpful at all will not be going back

This location SUCKS. I placed mobile order and had a picture of receipt. When I got there they said they never got my order and manager said I can’t do anything with it. I’m disputing the charge and NEVER going back!
