If the owner/franchisee is reading this, listen up. This is, without question, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Regardless of the number of people in the drive through or lobby, your food will always take way too long to come out. They're probably a 50% accuracy on getting my orders correct. Hire some more people or new management or something, man. Better yet, sell the restaurant to someone else who cares about the customer. You're restaurant is absolutely god awful. For other consumers, there are several other fast food places within 3 mins of this place. Go somewhere else.

Actively standing in lobby waiting for my mobile order. The drive thru was super long but this wait in here is even longer.! The girl behind the counter is moving as fast as molasses. Its absolutely disgusting seeing her long sleeve jacket go elbow deep into ALL the bags and fries section. Lord only knows if she takes her jacket off in the restroom. No urgency from ANYONE here. I have been in the lobby 15 min and not one person knows if im here to order, pick up, beat up, nothing! Its a shame having to wait this long and there are PLENTY of people working otherwise I wouldve cut em some slack but no. This is crazy and is a major health code violation. Roll them dam SLEEVES UP!!!!!

Overall experience was great. Friendly, helpful staff. Very fast and convenient, super clean play area, bathrooms, and dining area. Food came out fresh and correctly made. Even got the sauces we asked for correct. I give this location a 10/10. I wish all of the locations were as nice as this one is. Great job guys, keep up the good work!! Thank you!!!

I had on mobile order where I ordered a quarter pounder meal, a quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry, and a happy meal. When I went to pick up my order it was missing a quarter pounder and the drink from the meal. When I pointed this out and showed my recipe the manager told me that they refuse to give me what I payed for and refused to give me my money back. The manager started to yell at me to get out of the store and made a big scene in front of all the customers which was beyond embarrassing especially since I had my receipt showing I had payed for everything. Terrible customer service!!! I called corporate to complain and ask for some kind of compensation for not getting my food and for embarrassing me in front of a bunch of strangers. Corporate said they’ll have that store reach out to make things right and that’ll be the end of it. It’s now been a week and still no call. The people that run this McDonalds are thieves and criminals. They will take your money and not give you the product you pay for, then they’ll throw you out. Highly recommend never coming here because the manager will just rob you blind. I want my money back you grimy thieves!!!!!
