I had to use the kiosk to place my order. It wasn't difficult but there was no one up front to assist if needed... also all employees seem too busy to turn around and recognize walkin customers. Drive thru and mobile orders have high priority over anyone walking in to place an order. Use the drive thru if you want quick service. Walk in customers may have to wait longer than expected. This is a problem at almost all fast food locations.

Friendly and welcoming… busy like always it’s McDonalds y’all , workers hustling and smiling while doing the job at hand.. morning management attentive! Alejandro was at the register but hustling to make sure the wait wasn’t crazy appreciate ya !!!

I’ve been coming here for years on 19th Ave. in Northern to the McDonald. They changed staff. They’re quite often but their current management team do not care. They do not have good customer service and when you complain about the food when they make it wrong, they always make it seem like it’s the customer’s fault Specially, the General Manager, I’m sure if they start losing customers maybe their customer service will start getting better.

This location is basically a homeless shelter. The food was up to standards, except for its timeliness. It took 14 minutes to get our order even though we were the only paying customers in the dining area, and after the long wait, the order was still wrong. The lobby was disgusting. An employee spent our entire visit peeling the first layer of filth off the floor, but not a single table was wiped down. It's probably best to avoid.

this location needs to work on their employees, paying attention to their customers, and not their friends who come into the store. People are waiting for their food and whoever it is working front counter is worried about what his friends are doing and trying to get off of work instead of doing his work when people’s food are sitting right there ready to go having third-party workers will sit and wait after they already told you what they’re there for and then come back and get a attitude and tell them they need to confirm when they’ve already confirmed with you but you’re too busy talking to everyone else
