Being an uber driver, I get ignored a lot going into fast food places. I understand the employees are busy working and trying to get orders out but customer service has gone out the window. I was behind a customer at the register and the employee helped the customer and then just walked away as soon as I stepped up to the counter. A guy walked by me three times and didn’t ask if I needed help, a girl walked by me twice and didn’t ask if I need help and about four people were standing in the back including the manager and none of them would let me know that they will be right with me in a min. No one made me feel I was seen. It takes two seconds to recognize a customer and say sorry I’ll be right with you in a min as orders are backed up.

Every single time I order Uber eats I’m missing items, it’s to the point where I have to order from a McDonald’s double the distance away, I decided to try again tonight and guess what? I ordered three meals, 1/4 pounder, one big Mac and one double quarter pounder meal all three more meals got the drinks, got the sandwiches, but only got one dang fry. When will you guys get your crap together? This is ridiculous.

Every time I call them and tell them, they say oh well that’s an Uber order & You have to talk to them yet They’re the ones who screwed it up not Uber!!

Come on guys you can do better, way better

How can you mess up an order not once but twice? First we pull up to the window and was given the wrong order. Then the supe came to ask what our order was, couldn’t find it then told us to pull up to wait. The order came to us and my son ordered a custom McDouble and they didn’t do that right, didn’t give us the sauces for the nuggets or bring our drinks. No napkins were provided and the fries limp and salt less. It took 20 minutes to get our disappointing food. The staff gets worse each visit. They all need to go to McDonalds Academy to learn how to pay attention to detail and have better communication skills.

Don’t order breakfast from the app and expect it to be waiting for you. According to them, they throw all breakfast items away and cancel the order if you’re not there by 10:30. 👎
