They're really lacking customer service skills over there. The lady at the counter had a big attitude and the manager insisted on sweeping rather than asking the line of courier drivers what their order was. The lady at the counter refused to speak when asked a question and started testing the sticky side of a sticker instead. My order and a couple others were sitting right there in arms reach behind the counter ready before I arrived. They do not respect your time and it felt like they thought they were the only ones who ever worked ever. Like no one else has to work everyday.
There's a better mcdonald's about a mile or two south of there, way better experience.

Did a mobile order last night to drop off at my spouses work. I was in a hurry. There was 1 car in front of me in the drive thru and no one behind me until I left. I didn't examine the bag until 30 minutes later, only to realize they gave me HALF of what I ordered correctly. The other half was chicken nuggets, which I don't see how that would get mixed up with the 2 burgers and meal I ordered. If I order here again, don't complain if I hold the line up as I sit at the window, examining everything in the bag before I drive away.
(P.s., I went to a different location today and did a mobile order. It was correct and fresh and fast. )

Look I’ve never had issues with the homeless here. I love pretty close by. I’ve never had issues with my order, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been cool. The ice cream cones are above average size and that’s what I usually go for, as it’s a treat for my daughter after the park.

They parked me for French fries when it was done. So you parked me for like 30 seconds and nobody was behind me. And then I'd go in because I wanted to make sure ketchup and my food was already done.really
Today April 6, 2025 around 3:45 pm I order 2 $5.00 deals and my double burger had a long hair and was very gross 🤮, please ask the staff to be more carful, I would find another location

The food was good and it was mostly clean (exept the bathrooms) the ac was out at this location or something because was hot in both the play area and the other part of the restaurant. Staff wasn't to curteous but they were prompt and had gotten our order correct (which was a pretty big order. )

I guess a deluxe McCrispy no longer consists of full slices of lettuce & whole tomato slices? I also asked for ranch and really didn't get any.. now I get to enjoy saltless and ranchless fries-YUM! Also- why are ALL of your chicken sandwich hard and dry?
