Two separate visits both by the same person at the window. Tuesday April 9th 12 am. Ordered a mcflurry with oreo. He/she gave me ice cream in a small soda cup with a half scoop of oreo cumbs. I could literally fit all the crumbs on half a spoon. Not even a mcflurry spoon. Obviously it wasn't even mixed in. I could've ordered a cone for so much less and would've got the same thing. The time before that (same person) hands me my soda with a crack on the side( knowing it was cracked since they just wrapped a napkin on the bottom). My car was a mess by the time I got home and realized. Had to pay for a detailer. Besides that, the wait was crazy, especially for cold stale fries.

I always end up going to this McDonald's and in drive-thru I have issues of them remembering to give me sauces. But I ordered ahead on the app and I got everything I wanted and then some. They were prompt and they were quick. The food is always consistently the same.

Be reminded I grew up in the late1960s and mid 1970s, so McDonald's was always a childhood treat. This past Saturday I visited this particular location with my family. Okay, the good: the French fries were hot (yet not salted at all), and the Cola~Cola was delicious. Now the bad: on our Big Macs, the burger meat was not hot, although McDonald's has new hamburger buns, they were not toasted fresh(and the bottom bun was thin and rather soggy). This happens when workers don't present great, and fresh items (yet McDonald's is spending millions on new advertising, notably for fresher burgers made in smaller batches). Guess what, it's not working if the kitchen doesn't stress superior quality like the founding Father, Ray Kroc demanded. At the end of the day, if I go to In N Out, my food will be hot, especially the burgers all the way around. Note to the management team: train your line staff better. And yes I'm speaking to this location's General manager!

Took the lat bite of my hash brown.. mouth full of grease. Looked at the wrapping and it was sitting in a puddle. I’m mortified.
I got a four piece nugget a McDouble and a llarge fry and had to wait almost 20 minutes longer than 20 minutes to get my food check almost 10 minutes to take my order I suggested anyone and everyone stay away from this McDonald's because these people here are lazy

This location is awful... They never get an order correct every single time I go there ? no matter what it is I order i can count on them to mess something up. I wouldn't recommend this particular location to enjoy mcdonald's
