I ordered my food from my school and I never got it received, they didn't answer my calls or text and my food was taken.. They never told me where to pick it up either.. Wasted 12 dollars and the communication is ridiculous.

Today 05/10/2025 The 2 girls with glasses in the window asked 3 times for my order and still not able to give me my order right!!!after waiting on the window and parked on the side i still Didn’t get my food rigth!!once I walked in and asked to speak with the manager now they want to pay attention to what I want to say to the manager !!if they can’t perform their job

I recently visited the McDonald’s at 24th Street & Baseline with my family, and the experience was a mix of impressive amenities and serious shortcomings. The play place was a definite highlight. It was notably larger than those at most other locations, offering ample space for kids to explore and play. The addition of four fully functioning tablets further enhanced the experience, providing extra entertainment that truly set this spot apart.
However, the visit was marred in multiple ways. The overall environment was dirtier than expected, which was particularly disappointing given the otherwise promising setup of the play area. Coupled with this, the attitude of the staff was shockingly rude. The employees not only demonstrated a lack of courtesy but also made the overall service painfully slow and unaccommodating. The combination of these issues—the neglect of cleanliness, the curt behavior from the team, and the subpar service—significantly detracted from what could have been a fantastic family outing.
In summary, while the spacious and tech-enabled play area makes this McDonald’s an attractive destination for families, the dirty environment and poor customer service leave much to be desired. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to create a cleaner, more hospitable atmosphere that aligns with the facility’s potential.

Waited 4 min before anyone said anything to me. For them to tell me i had to order from the screen. When i finally received my food, the fries were cold and the bread was hard and old tasting. After realizing that i didn't get a straw with my drink, it took another 2 min just to get a straw. To top it off, I had to wait another few minutes to get a refill on my drink because the soda mechines are in the kitchen, and you have to ask the crew for more soda

The last few times I've gone to this mcdonalds, my filet o fish has been severely overcooked to the point of being dry and hard to bite through, they have forgotten my sauces that I paid extra for, and their soda machine was completely broken. I understand that last part was not the employee's fault, but when I asked for water for my meals since they didn't have any soda available, she still charged me 60 cents for the water that I never planned to order in the first place. This mcdonalds is terrible, go to literally any other location and you'll recieve service that is 10x better than this

Only 1 person cared to tend to us. The food was gross, the oil needed to be changed or something because everything tasted like old reheated food, the place smelled bad, and the workers clearly don't care about their job.
