I walked in needed to use the restroom but I normally buy things and they treated me as if I where some low life off the streets and said I need to buy something. As far as the order went I bought a drink and told them to give it to someone who needed it never going back to this McDonald’s again the time I went was 10:00AM bunch of ladies working sorry girls lady’s would have known how to treat customers. Very sad too considering I was just at the McDonalds on 83rd Ave.

Horrible service. One person says one thing and another person says another. I waited 15 min in the drive thru wait like for my McFlurry only for them to tell me after all that time they have no ice cream. But they can switch it out for a smoothie or shake. I get it’s McDonald’s and not a top scale restaurant but my God how hard is it to have a little common sense?

Just shut down this McDonald's location once and for all. Everyone who gets hired there seem to hate people and hate working. Does the owner not care about anything going on there? There are so many, too many bad reviews. Just close it if no one cares about that place.

Never go to this location if you work at night or over nights food will be very old and inedible. What made it worse is that the people working there at this time seem to be so miserable that they take it out on customers by being rude and unhelpful. Not even the bare minimum of having basic manners was given here. My advice is that of your so miserable working a job then work somewhere else, what is the point of staying just to make everyone miserable around you. If you are not a people person then don't work customer service jobs. Innocent people who are just going there and paying money don't deserve to face consequences of your bad behavior and miserable mood.

Even when stressed out they always seem to accomplish and give a great atmosphere. Occasionally you'll hear someone make a mistake in the kitchen and when that happens you'll hear the staff correct that mistake almost immediately. No matter what time you come the staff is friendly as long as you are. You know who you are.

Theres no reason if someone is standing in front of the place where the cash register used to be that they should be ignored. Has happened multiple times
Haven't been to Mcdonalds in so long but was craving a McChicken. It's been so long, I didn't even know they had kiosks now lol when you come in lol. I wanted some hot fries though upon ordering and I asked the employee and she was so kind with it and indeed made some hot fries. A good location and clean and the good was good. I liked it! Me & my daughter enjoyed our meal.
