You don’t realize how important the meat seasoning is on a Big Mac until you get one with none. Meat is tasteless against the power of the Mac Sauce. Just moved in nearby, hope that isn’t a regular thing at this location. Fries were limp, but it was close to 4am when they switch to breakfast so I’m not as mad about that.

*I originally gave 3 stars, but I’m changing it to 1 because I just opened my chicken McNuggets. The reviewer that got 9/10 was lucky because I only got 8. Clearly someone didn’t watch Sesame Street growing up! Here, let me help you….

Update:

I gave them another chance with a Sausage Bagel and it had a funny taste (it’s my favorite, this one tasted funny). Whyyyyyy???

Second (and last) update:

I would have been happy to never try again, but today the app glitched and messed up the location, it literally said pick up at the 32nd St/Broadway (good McDonalds) but when I got there, they said I had to come to this one. Once again, terrible quality. The bagel was very stale like it sat out for a day. The guy at the window also mean mugged my husband because he was trying to be friendly but the guy apparently didn’t speak ANY English. I should’ve just canceled the order. This McDonalds just sucks. Management and employees should all be ashamed of themselves. How can a group of people be this horrible on a consistent basis? Go be janitors somewhere, for real! Never again!

So maybe this is normal but arrived at the drive-thru at 3:30 and they said that they were rebooting the system and I said to please just let me know when I can order. So 38 minutes goes by and I asked if I'm able to order yet. I asked two more times with no response so I pull up to the first window and an employee sees me and then just walks away. I do not understand the lack of communication. This is ridiculous

I usually come here everyday since it is the closest play place but since coming everyday the employees and managers have started discriminating against me. I order table service and they bring everyone their food except for me. I have a disability which may not look like it but table service is not an accommodation it is something they offer. I have also had incidents that almost caused my children’s life where I told them my kids are allergic to cheese and they would purposely put cheese on the sandwich. I spoke to the manager which her name is Victoria and she does nothing. Well recently I had an encounter with a lady name Fay who was speaking Spanish to the other employees about me and then when I told her I speak a little bit of Spanish she start yelling at me in front of everyone saying that I always come in with the kids and always have an issue at least 3 times and continue to get loud and say she will never bring my food out. They are racist at this location and need better staff. I hope they review the cameras on 1/16 between 11:10am-12:00PM. No employee should be yelling at any customer. MCDONALD’S PLEASE GET YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE YOU HAVE A LAWSUIT ON YOUR HANDS!

Morning manager was screaming in a very degrading way to employees this morning. Got my order wrong and had us wait 30 mins. When the order was still incorrect she accused me of trying to get more food than I payed for. She is disrespectful to everyone and needs to be reprimanded especially how she talks to employees. McDonald's should be ashamed of her representation of the company.

This McDonald’s location is hands down one of the worst I’ve consistently dealt with, and that’s saying a lot. I understand it’s fast food and I’m not expecting “five star service”, but that does not excuse the consistently shitty customer service every single time I come here. Whether I’m eating inside with my kids or going through the drive thru, the experience is almost always frustrating.

Every visit feels like they’re severely short staffed or, worse, like none of the cashiers actually want to help anyone. Getting something as simple as a drink refill takes an absurd amount of time NO EXAGGERATION , around 10 minutes nearly every time. Removing the self serve drink machines from the lobby was the worst decision they could’ve made for this location. Now customers are forced to wait around just to get a refill, and half the time employees look annoyed that you even asked and sadly it’s not just me, I’ve waited along other customers who have also complained to each other as well all wait for whatever the issue is.

To make matters worse, when food is brought out to the table, something is almost always missing. A sauce, fries, or even an entire item will be left out, forcing me to get back up and wait again just to correct their mistake. Asking for something simple like a dipping sauce turns into another long wait.

I know a lot of the staff appears to be high schoolers or young adults, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor service and lack of attention. I’m not rude, and I’m not someone who complains often, but after multiple visits over the past three months, I’m honestly fed up. I keep coming back because it’s the closest McDonald’s and my kids enjoy the play area, but at this point, big changes need to happen. This location desperately needs better management, staffing, and accountability.

These workers are horrible. They wouldn’t take my bills so I had to go get change but at that point I just went to jack in the box across the street and had no issues there. Tried to call to cancel food but they ignore the phone. I wasn’t the only one with issues either. There were two people who I watched pay that they were trying to convince them that they hadn’t paid. I’ve been here before and they constantly get orders wrong, send out cold food, or just ignore customers trying to get their attention.

Older lady taking orders in the drive thru was so happily walcoming perhaps the long line! A simple “Goodmorning how are you today” with such enthusiasm can go a long way.

I ordered one large mocha frappe and it took me almost 15 minutes to receive it the two ladies taking the drive thru orders were busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to the drive thru orders I was asked to drive around the building and wait for my order and there was a line of customers waiting for their orders. Never again will I spend money at this location and I'll let everyone I know to go to a different location

Had two bad experiences at this store. One it was at the drive thru I asked if they still had the bundles because I didn’t see it in the menu and the drive thru lady said “omg yes which one you want” and I said I want Big Mac bundles and a nugget bundle and she says thru the mic “that’s it I quit “ how rude is that?! To say that when I customer could clearly hear you. 2nd I went yesterday to dine in with my family did a mobile order to pick up at counter took over 15mins to get my food. They forgot our sauces and to go ask for some was like we were bothering them. My daughter had to use restroom we asked for code they said they have a key but took them like 10mins to give it to us even though they would pass by and see her still standing there. My brother almost had to go in to the kitchen to finally get their attention on the sauce. I was hesitant to order the kids ice cream but I figured it will take forever but I still did and yes they took about 20mins for mini Oreo Mcflurrry then they tell me they can complete my other McFlurry order because they need to wait on the ice cream machine. So when we said no we not waiting any longer just to give us a refund the worker decided to complain that she is the only one working that section etc and we understood to a certain point but the crew members are rude unorganized they just look at you and ignore you when you clearly standing there obviously needing assistance then she told me she couldn’t refund me I needed to call a number on the app. It was ridiculous! won’t ever go back to that McDonald’s.

This is hands down the worst customer service at any McDonalds. No one would respond to customer pick up inside or the other counter to place orders if you do not use KIOSK. People were standing in frustration and walking out. I personally waited 15 minutes before anyone even walked up to the pick up counter. Hard pass in the future
