I went on 05/18 7:20 pm I ordered ice cream they were out I ordered drinks they were out the cashier in the drive thru was rude asf on top of that it looked like they was just playing in the kitchen smh. Do better with your employees McDonalds!

This McDonalds has awful customer service. Drive thru they always shut the window on your face. Adriana the “manager” has the Worst customer service she supposed to treat a customers right and she does the whole opposite. They don’t care customers at all! This morning my daughter wanted to exchange my coffee it tasted like only creamer and syrup. 1 of the worker with the manager stared arguing with my daughter over an iced coffee they both gave her attitude instead of just fixing the issue. When you’re a manager or a supervisor You supposed to have leadership, to maintain employees and customers happy. How are you running a place when employees are being treated like trash not appreciated under pay and also customers will not return because of the treatment. Be more kind and respectful.

HORRIBLE!!! Food was a nasty mess!!! Soggy fries and both hamburgers ordered look like they have been stepped on!!! Ketchup and mustard all over the outside of bun and wrapper couldn’t even eat. Pickle was under the burger because the bun was not even on the meat! Disgusting and terrible preparation of this food!
This location is my family’s local McDonald’s for about 2 years now. Please stop taking the fries and chicken out too early and serving old nuggets and fries.

This place has gone completely downhill, especially since the remodel. The staff completely ignores you now. Wait to be spoken to/order at the counter could be upwards of 10 minutes. New staff is incompetent and uncaring. To add insult to injury the prices have absolutely skyrocketed in the last couple years. Sad for me because this place was a morning staple for me for many years. Guess it’s time to move on.
