First they tell me that the order is not going to be right because ice cream machine is down and then they tell me they're not taking any new orders because their system is down so it was just a basic wasted trip and the manager was very rude the gentleman who was working in the window was nice but the manager was rude

This is genuinely the most disappointing McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and it’s really unfortunate that this is the closest one to my house. I honestly never have huge expectations for the staff at McDonald’s and as long as my food is hot I’m happy, but this is getting extremely out of hand. I live ONE MINUTE away from this store, and every time I order delivery it’s cold. Not warm, not room temperature—COLD. I honestly fail to understand how that’s even possible or how if it literally takes one minute to deliver my food, it’s always cold. When I order in store the food’s great, but delivery? 45 minute wait for a nugget meal and the food arrives like its been sitting for an hour. I’m so sick and tired of this store and it’s sorry excuse of a staff.

It's a place where people with no experience work. They don't know how to dispatch. They're always new, inexperienced people who don't know how to read the order screens. It's complete chaos. And before, the service was very good.

Will give your food away to literally anyone. Can never fill an order right or do delivery. Shameful when the simplest fast food there is can’t even be done right. Embarrassing.

I ordered one diet Dr Pepper. The dude at the window walked away with my card and disappeared for 5 minutes.. came back and told me that the system is telling him that my card had been charged twice. The manager came and said the system is saying “it’s been used twice; like if you had two different orders..” I said I only ordered one diet Dr Pepper so how is it telling you that my card is being used for two of your orders?? Then I asked for her name, and some random dude and another lady popped up behind her talking bout “you don’t have to be rude”.. 🤨 to which I replied “I just asked for the managers name how is that being rude? Yall trippin that’s why yall work at McDonald’s” then I drove off and went to QT for the diet Dr Pepper. Crazy work.
