Today I arrived at McDonald's and a lady served me and when I was giving me ranch she threw things at me and looked at me in a bad way, this is unfair because I treated her with respect and she didn't have to do that (she wore a half cap and had a ponytail black hair) he even looked at us in a despicable way the staff is definitely horrible

McFlurry consisted of a cup of nice cream with a scoop of Oreos on top, they didn't explain that they didn't have any plastic spoons until I paid and asked why it wasn't mixed. Shake was runny. Fries had no salt. Pretty disappointing even for a quick fast food stop.

I used the kiosk to place and pay for my order. The kiosk has a slot for receipts, but I've never gotten one. Today I put in my order, found a table, sat down and started reading a book. I had read a chapter before my order arrived. That's typical. The service at the old location, across Indian School was much faster, and the staff was a lot friendlier. It sometimes seems like they are doing you a favor, waiting on you.
Sometimes , I can be a little harsh , but I always have my cellphone on video and audio when interacting with individuals who I believe is doing wrong things . I went to this McDonald's and the individual who waited on me tried to short change me out of four dollars , which I did not let it happen . Also I will never understand this Gender situation which this last generation is going through . Poor Service dishonest employee , Cold food.Parking: Many places to park

Watched a tweaker dance while some dude almost backed into me cause he still owed 1.50 and tried to drive off. Got cold fries and one of my burgers wasn't made the way I ordered it. First window girl is nice though, food just needs to be better.

This location is awful. The drive thru at night is ALWAYS backed up. They are slower than a snail running through molasses!!! And then half of them have attitudes.I get it that most fast food places are short staffed. But with 2 menus and 3 windows, management should know how to put together a plan of action so there isn't such a long wait. It took 10 minutes just to get to the menu, 5 minutes to get to the window to pay, and another 5 minutes just to get my food. Honestly, for 11:30 at night, y'all can do better.

Super professional and efficient when a problem arose, that probably would have seen ANY other McDonald's completely melt.
