I'd like to ask why the manager Josh thinks it's appropriate to speak so rudely to other employees working there? Funny he can throw insults at employees, yet he can't even manage a drive thru. When every single car that comes is parked, it's no longer a drive thru. When it takes 50 minutes for two five dollar deals to be made (incorrectly) then remade (still incorrectly), there is a problem. If I wanted to wait nearly an hour for food, I would have gone to a sit down restaurant. I suppose it's my mistake for waiting then giving them a chance to make 2 simple burgers correctly (one plain, I might add) and its wrong twice, I think something needs to be done. Avoid at all costs. Restaurant was not even busy.

Workers are rude. Every time I come here, they asked me to pull to the side. Wait 20 minutes for two hot and spicy and a large fry. Just for the fries to be cold. This isn’t fast food if I have to pull to the side and wait 30 minutes for my food

Terrible experience. Took about 30 minutes to receive food for dine in. Food was warm not hot upon receiving. Apple pies were past the enjoy by time. No customer service at all had to wait 5 minutes just to be acknowledged.

Terrible experience! If you just want to sit and wait around this is the perfect place. The employees were standing around, laughing, talking and we didn’t get our food until half an hour after we placed our order. The order was missing 2 apple pies and they didn’t mention it until we noticed. Money was reimbursed without taxes included and no receipt. Very rude and awful customer service.

We went here to get our son a Minecraft meal ended up going to several locations NONE of them had any availability yet freely advertised they did! Annoying! The Franchise needs to plan accordingly. It has been several weeks we have called and gone by several different locations and still unable to find him a Minecraft meal- I give up I generally avoid McDonalds so for me just another reason- wish they were not able to advertise something they are sold out of!

Order through the app. I'm not joking when I say it took a hr to get my food. Only order 2 meals. Drive thru had priority. And when I was trying to ask somebody for a status on my order no one would even acknowledge anybody standing at the desk. Never again will I order through the app.
I do t know why I even order here anymore. Half the time the order is wrong.

Placed an order online 20 mins prior to arriving. Got a text about 13 minutes after placing order letting me know it was ready. Big bro tells me as I walk in that “we’re still waiting on the food” .-.
