I hardly review anything because I'm not an entitled customer and I understand when a location is understaffed or has a bunch of orders. I used to work food service so I know some customers aren't first priorities when theres a rush. But it wasn't even busy, Took 30mins for me and my friends to get our orders and when we checked our food was sitting on their counter unhanded and nobody noticed us. It was just fries and two shakes which is crazy.

This place is an absolute JOKE. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. First, you’re LUCKY if they say a single word within 5 minutes of pulling to the order screen. CONSISTENTLY. Then, they have every car pull and park in different positions once they FINALLY acknowledge you and you place your order. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Every time I come here I have to rethink my life. This is the single worst McDonalds I’ve been to and that’s saying something as the bar is SO low to begin with.

I was there Dec 20th,at 12:45,they had 4 cars pulled over in wait slots ,people coming in because of constant wrong orders,people bitching on service,the mgt should be fired! She could not control her staffs mistakes.

This McDonalds single handedly made the best McChicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. It’s actually incredible. Not sure if they did something to the lettuce, the chicken, or the bun but this was what the kids call CASH MONEY

Everytime I go to this location, I have to park in one of the spots and wait up to 20 minutes for cold food. I never have complicated orders and it still always takes an additional 20 minutes even when there are no cars in the drive thru. It's very frustrating. I typically go to the McDonald's in the foothills since this one does not serve fast food.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. The staff here are unbelievably rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Every single person working seemed irritated, disrespectful, and unwilling to do their job. It honestly felt like they were doing me a favor by simply taking my order.
There was zero customer service, zero manners, and zero effort. The attitude from the employees was shocking — rolling eyes, ignoring customers, and acting like they just don’t care at all. If this is the team representing McDonald’s, it’s embarrassing for the entire brand.
I’m honestly shocked that management allows this level of unprofessional behavior. This place needs serious retraining, or a complete change of staff. I will never come back, and I’d warn others to stay away unless they want to be treated with disrespect.

There’s no one in the parking lot or line but yet I have to pull over and it took them four minutes to take my order and then it took them seven minutes to bring me out my order I had to wait. The only reason I did is because I already swiped my card. Never coming back to this one again.
