I pull to drive thru at 4:50 am. to use an app code for a $2 breakfast sandwich. I give her the code, the system accepts code then she tells me they can't accept the code until 5am. You can't accept a code for a 2$ breakfast sandwich during breakfast ? On top of the system, I took my code, so I can't even use it again. These ppl are crooks over app discounts. Low labor and employees who barely speak the language. A manager had to step into service me correctly and tell the employee not to be arguing with customers. Smh

This place gave me food poisoning yesterday 1/17. I had a double quarter pounder with cheese and it’s all I ate yesterday for lunch. A few hours later as you can imagine my stomach was in knots and well you can imagine what happened next. Coming out of both ends. This has put me down for the count and has even given me stomach flu like symptoms. After some research I’ve come to find out that McDonalds had an E Coli breakout in October of last year with their quarter pounders and onions. I would highly advise you stay away from this location until McDonalds gets this sorted out. I’m going to be filing a corporate complaint as well with ADHS.

It’s very unfortunate that I come here after every slip up I encounter I still come back , it’s close to home they are fast but the lack of confidence I have here is got me here I personally don’t like complaining or leaving reviews but even when I call to speak with someone it’s always a miss no one answers .

We went thru the drive through and the lady taking our order was rude and disassociating with us then when asking questions they had short abrupt answers we ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets 3 1/4 pounder’s with cheese 3 fries 5 dollar meal deal When it was ready it was all in one bag and she said it’s all there even the sauces ok then she looked behind us like we were gone so we left. When we got home we discovered that 2 of the sandwiches were missing along with 2 fries going back was impossible as the car was my son’s car and he had to get to work. So I called just to get an answering machine saying that they weren’t available! So we started eating and that was the other slap in the face the nuggets were cold and stale! The burger feel like it was sitting for a while, the fries were stale and cold too! I gotta tell you this meal was the worst in the history of McDonalds that I or my family has ever had! And I want my money back for the lost items! !

So i had a order of a quarter pounder with a $1 dollar 10 peice. I got to the drive thru and waited there for 4 minutes. Then got a reply i gave my code and drove up i was waiting in line and either the employee gave my food away or took the code for personal use. When i checked my phone the code was gone and it gave me a receipt which the employee stood there asking i need the code but the code cause it was already in use. Bad service this was at 3:32am i was just hungry be weary of this location.
This place is always closed when it should be open. Very little to no oversight at this location. Get used to bad service or find another McDonald’s!

Stopped by today for a quick meal, and honestly, I was impressed! Carlos was working the drive-thru, and he was super friendly, even though it was pretty busy. I ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles, and everything came out exactly as I asked, hot and fresh.
Usually, I’m a bit cautious about fast food orders, but they really nailed it this time. The whole place seemed well-run, and it was nice to see the team handling the rush with a positive vibe. Definitely left satisfied and will keep this spot in mind for a quick bite!
