It was really busy, I had a mobile order, but needed a receipt, so when I got to the first window I waited and waited, there were two girls at the window just talking and talking. I simply couldn't get their attention no matter what. There was nobody in front of me at the second window, but I was holding up at least 8 cars behind me because these girls were too busy gossiping. I finally just pulled up and the girl at the second window was very pleasant and went back and got my receipt.

Drive thru suck tonight 11/14/25 no one answered so we went to window and a young man asked what we wanted and we said 2 large soda and he was rude told us to go back to line and order. They need to put their head things on and pay aattention to people that is at the drive thru saying hello 10 times to get them to answer. If there is management tonight please talk to them.

For the sights to see outside such as the sleezy 8 motel and the unhoused all around the food here is pretty decent (sans filet of fish) whoever sets the syrup ratio for the soda machines is a true legend. I work down the street and hit this up from time to time. It's definitely one of the better locations.

They won't serve you breakfast until 6 am. I work at 5am i tried to buy breakfast before work and was told to order lunch menu items. There was only breakfast items displayed on the menu screen in the drive thru. Don't display a breakfast menu if I can only order off the lunch menu for one. Dont be rude about my confusion that I can't order what I'm literally reading off your current menu secondly. Third open more than one lane if cars are wrapped around the building and have a exit lane for customers that want to leave after learning they can't order off the displayed menu which was half the cars in line.

I waited for 20 minutes for service and once a young Hispanic guy told my order I asked can you get it now and he looked at me and called me a SMART ASS. I was very upset by this comment and his manager did NOTHING. I contacted McDonald's headquarters and I have not heard anything. I guess this is ok behavior. I will not spend my money there and I will pass this info onto social media ASAP
It's fast-food....they get my order right most of the time and the food is usually good and hot. I get points for free food and order from the value menu. McDonald's is my goto spot for breakfast and dinner....good food quickly 👌

How is this place even open, they are closed almost every morning, when they are not, they only take cash and 12 minutes on drive thru. Now they send a link to go too and when you go its an OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG
