I stop at this McDonald's (16th street and Glendale) about 3 times a week on my way home. Every time I see David it is a great interaction. The positivity, helpfulness, kindness! It's amazing! I could be having a bad day, and this guy's energy and attitude will turn that around! This world needs more people like you David! Thank you and the team you have there! Your great!

Ordered online and mobile order pickup food was delivered promptly and hot. Person in picture served us and was so accommodating and polite and thanked me for my service. I was wearing my ranger hat and was thankful for him recognizing me as a veteran. I eat at McDonald’s a lot and not every McDonald’s gets a rating like this from me but today I am appreciative of the service we received. Thanks and great job by this team.

Hit the drive thru Friday morning @ 0515. It was fast. The coffee was hot and delicious. My burritos were fresh.

I can't complain, my experiences have been somewhat as expected. You pretty much can't ask for too much above and beyond, outstanding customer service from a fast food restaurant, knowing it's a quick, something good meal during a run or a big break from home cooking. It's always a pleasant pleasure to stop at McDonald's.

Regardless of the time of day I am usually waiting upwards of 15 minutes for my order, which is typically small in size. Often when I try to grab the attention of an employee to ask about my order, they refuse to look in my direction, and I noticed this behavior with multiple customers. This McDonalds is among the worst in Phoenix for service.
