Wow between pricing and bad service you can't beat it here. They will give you the best of both. No cars in line has you pull forward and rude when saying it. Your window times should not matter to how you operate your window.

This place on the corner of Glendale is absolutely ridiculous.. first of all when you pay for a 12 dollar meal and ask for ranch you shouldn’t have to pay for the ranch.. they refused to give me ranch saying they charge now and I said I get if I asked for a few but I should get at least one ranch with any meal without being charged… low life manager told me this after arguing at pick up window smh

When trying to get my order here, I was attended by Benjamin in the drive-thru and I felt mocked, embarrassed, and defeated as he was making fun of my families accents. I think it's very unprofessional and it should be human decency to treat others with empathy.

Update: 4/8/2025 There’s been noticeable improvement! The food is much better now, and orders are more consistently accurate. It seems like the location has made some positive changes, and it’s definitely a step in the right direction.
Update: 7/5/2023 Unfortunately, the food quality had declined even further at this point. The hamburger buns were dry and had a cardboard-like texture. It really felt like a change in management was needed.
2/2022 This location has always been hit or miss. On this visit, it felt like they were serving day-old food. The McMuffin bread was hard as a rock around all the edges—not a great experience.

My shake was sour🤢,bad🤮, nasty😖, and expensive😡. After going thru the drive thru, I couldn't turn around to return it. I felt defeated and taken 😠. For a fry and a terrible shake, I lost 10.00 and 20 minutes of my life🤨 this is one of the many reasons I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in over 7 years. Well, here goes another 7👋 bye-bye 👋 so long McDonald's. You're done✌️never again

This one is way better than the one on 24th street and Washington. That one always has everyone pull around (even tho it's an online drive thru order) and then have u sitting out there for 20 mins waiting on ur food and when u get it it's not right and cold. This location is way better. Food is hot and correct, drinks don't taste funny, and the staff is always accommodating and polite... also there's not a ton of homeless hanging around the drive thru begging for money. My advice STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE ON 24TH STREET BETWEEN VAN BUREN AND WASHINGTON! Worst service and food you will ever get! And the homeless will bother u while ur in line. When u tell the staff they do nothing.

I always order the same thing and about 60% of the time they get it right, I ask for no pickle on my burgers, I mean it's not nuclear engineering...how hard is it to read a screen and follow instructions.......

Visiting from out of town and I must say, this is the friendliest and most well run McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time.
The food was alright. Normal McDonald's food.
The fries were soggy. Very disappointing and I don’t understand why they would sell them like that.
