This one is way better than the one on 24th street and Washington. That one always has everyone pull around (even tho it's an online drive thru order) and then have u sitting out there for 20 mins waiting on ur food and when u get it it's not right and cold. This location is way better. Food is hot and correct, drinks don't taste funny, and the staff is always accommodating and polite... also there's not a ton of homeless hanging around the drive thru begging...
I always order the same thing and about 60% of the time they get it right, I ask for no pickle on my burgers, I mean it's not nuclear engineering...how hard is it to read a screen and follow instructions.......

There’s been noticeable improvement! The food is much better now, and orders are more consistently accurate. It seems like the location has made some positive changes, and it’s definitely a step in the right direction.
Update: 7/5/2023
Unfortunately, the food quality had declined even further at this point. The hamburger buns were dry and had a cardboard-like texture. It really felt like a change in management was needed.
