The whole McDonald’s staff parks in the front by the main doors so all the paying customers have to park in the back lot and walk to the front. Pretty inconvenient and selfish.

Customer service started out good then i get my order and i get These old fries i call and complain and the manager on duty has terrible customer service i told her i didn’t want a refund! I told her you cant feed customers food like this its wrong!

i came to the drive thru at 11:25, yall close at 12. im sitting in the drive thru at the speaker not even A MINUTE LATER, all the lights shut off. ALL OF THEM. i sat there for 5 minutes HOPING someone would be polite enough to let me know they weren’t opened because that was just rude. i worked fast food as well and know how it felt having someone come right before close so i understand but at least we had enough courtesy to let our customers know when we were closed or if/when we closed early. so this was just uncool. like not even letting us know thru the speaker. that was just rude. i’ve seen the restaurant run by one person before. pathetic.

WAS missing food and given wrong order, ALSO had ordered sauce when placing order as well and they didn't give it to me THEY ALSO DIDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT

They are the worst service people, the food was cold, the fries were soggy. The manager is rude and can hardly understand English. They stole $3.99 by not giving me what we ordered on the app. The owner of this McDonald's should be sued for not meeting McDonald's standards and quality!! Never ever going to this McDonald's again!!! They lie, steel, and short the quality of the food !

This location is two seconds from our house, but depending on what we’re going for we will happily go out of the way to avoid this location. No matter how many people are there they are in a hurry to get you out of there. Zero customer service and the food just proves they don’t wanna be in there either, they throw it together. I have never left there feeling like I wasn’t anything but a bother.

Ordered curbside pickup. Arrived put my stall number in. Waited about 10 min. Went inside to check on my order, they said they were getting it ready. Waited another 6 minutes asked again. Then was told they were not fulfilling curbside orders, and ask why. Then I was ignored had to leave was going to be late for work. Made my app order 15 minutes prior to arrival and Waited another 16 minutes inside the store. Had to leave with no food in hand. I would suggest 32st and Greenway along better service.
