I know it's bad for me but its quick and easy. This location is always clean, and staff is friendly.

I came into this location on August 12, around 3:30 PM. I placed an order ahead of time through the McDonald’s app. I need a condiment for my order. I stood at the counter along with a few other customers that needed assistance for around 10 minutes. There is a tall, white male with a bald head that was only putting together shakes and ice cream cones for the The young lady working the drive-through window . He saw me in the other customer, standing at the counter several times, but chose to ignore us. It was very obvious and very rude. He is not the friendliest employee they have and I’ve seen him many times there. Eventually, a middle-age, Hispanic man came to the counter to help us. He’s wearing a green vest, not sure if he’s a manager. If he is, I do where she paid closer attention to the customer services employees are or are not providing. The gentleman with the vest was very busy and multitasking. He is always nice when I do see him. Around that same time, there was a young lady working behind the counter that came around the corner instead at the section where all the condiments were, but never looked at our way at the counter. This store always has terrible customer service for many years. It’s very disappointing. I understand a very busy at that time with everyone getting out of school, but aren’t we all at our jobs. That doesn’t give you the right to give poor customer service. Customers should be acknowledged even if it’s just to tell us they’ll be with us in a moment not just ignored completely. I avoid this location as much as I can, but sometimes I have to go and it’s disappointing almost every time the customer service I receive. I do have to say the morning staff is much more friendlier and quicker. There is another McDonald’s about five minutes away from this location on cactus Road. That manager runs that location beautifully. I think this one on Shay could take a few notes. The restaurant always seems messy/dirty. The trash cans are usually piled up, the tables appear to be greasy or have sauces on them, it doesn’t look or smell, clean at all. The drink station as well can be messy and sometimes

The reason for this score is because we got parked because the person who took our order messed up so they parked us and mind you we only ordered 4 things, and so when they park you your expecting to get fresh hot fries right? Well they surely weren't fresh or hot. So why did they park us for 7 min??

Was here recently and we got told to pull up to the red stop sign since they couldn't hand us our food at the window. When our food finally was given to us 10 minutes later at the stop sign our food wasn't done right. We told the person who gave is the food that it wasn't done right and they said they are too busy that they can't remake the items. Because they didn't want to remake the items the worker said you can come in for a refund.
This is unacceptable behavior for a fast food establishment. If something is wrong and doesn't take much to resolve the issue by remaking it then they should do that. The people we dealt with didn't seem to care or want to do anything to fix the issue.
This incident happened on July 23rd at 720pm.

$1.08 for an ice water cup with 2 meal purchase. Bought a drink and wanted an ice water with the kids chocolate milk (Happy meal!). Leaving this message so that somebody will drive an extra 3 minutes to go to the next McDonald's that doesn't charge. I get Happy meals everyday and found myself at this location today which was a mistake.

They don't know how to take orders or cook to grill, orders, they don't listen and I think the cooks don't care to bother looking at the screen. Basically another McDonald's, trillion dollar company only cares about your $

This place is ridiculous they have the worst service and never answer the phone because they know that they will get a complaint I'm sure food is always old and fries are over salted and have been sitting in the fry station for much too long. I honestly won't go back there anymore and I have tried with this place for almost 2 years McDonald's do better hire better workers and make fresh food
The past 3 times I have ordered food from here in the past 2 weeks they have forgotten my sauce every time. Added pickles to my burger when I specifically requested no pickles, and gave me minimal m&ms when I asked for extra. And workers were very quick but very rude.

I can't believe how impersonal the staff are there. The food is horrible and heaven forbid you must ask the staff for anything.

They were serving take-out and drive-thru only. I placed a to-go order, and when I got to my car and unpacked the bag, I realized the small fries were missing. I immediately went back and politely asked for the missing item. The young manager insisted I bring the bag back so they could verify the mistake, which I found quite surprising. Thankfully, a regular employee stepped in, handed me the fries, and apologized for the oversight. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. I don’t plan to return to this location and will be advising my family and friends to avoid it as well.
