8:55pm on a Monday and the staff is jamming to Laura Branigans “self control”. Clean bathrooms. Clean floors. Clean door handles.

This McDonald's needs to up their game on their customer service, food quality & getting the orders right. We got some bushy big headed girl not wearing a uniform with a smug arrogant attitude, making customers feel like they are inconveniencing her. This location also always has stale bread & can't seem to get your order right either. Go to the McDonald's on Greenway (they're great, so much better than this location!), Canes, In-N-Out burger where customers get treated like valued customers.

This is one of the best locations I frequent. Occasionally they give me the wrong item or two. Coffee is sometimes burnt like really burnt. They always fix whatever is needed when I do bring it to their attention. Not perfect but what is. Gayle is awesome. Most of the employees are kind. Using the customer care link in the mobile app is a waste of time. They make you repeat yourself through 5 emails to no help.

Getting so frustrated with the McD's mobile app! It lets me order online and deducts my points, then when I get to the store it says wifi isn't working, so I I have to order in person, but it's already deducted my points or free items, so it won't let me use them on the order in store. So ridiculous.

Ordered curbside pickup and it took a long time. I called and was disconnected. Called back and finally someone answered and I told them I have been waiting over 20 minutes for the curbside pickup. He asked if I was in the drive through or in parking lot. Again I said I was in the parking lot where I checked in for Curbside pickup. He brought out my order which was cold. The quarter pounder meat was burnt and there was just one tiny piece of cheese that barely covered the hamburger meat and there was just 3 tiny pieces of onions. The French fries tasted like they were still frozen. I ended up throwing it all away.

Some manager lady was walking around bossing everyone around while she - herself was in sweatpants and a tank top and a messy bun. Don’t tell the kids how to clean something if you can’t show up to work clean yourself. Terrible behavior
