I came through this drive-thru about 20 mins ago and ordered only 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. Service was quick but when I got home, both sandwiches were missing the cheese. If the prices were still like they were in 2010, maybe I wouldn’t be leaving a review. But they charged me $14.60 for this order. That’s insane. Absolutely inexcusable to receive service this poor for an order so simple, for a charge so high. I will never go to this location again. I’ve been looking for a reason to never go to McDonald’s in general due to the constantly rising prices and shrinking portions, and this may be the experience terrible enough to keep me to stick to my convictions. Better to save money and cook at home and guarantee your order is made correctly.

I received the wrong order in the Drive-Thru so I gave the cashier the burger back still unwrapped so they could see it was wrong. The cashier wrapped it back up and placed it in the bag because that burger was meant for the car behind us. The cashier gave the burger to the next car, the burger that we had just unwrapped and checked with our hands!!!
When I asked for extra pickles they gave me 7 total
